This is one of the best villa in canggu! Very convenient and staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for couples to stay there as there are private pool and tub in the room.

The villa was beautiful and ideal for a family stay. With its two large en-suite bedrooms, pool area, outside dining space and smaller sitting room it would also be ideal for two couples or a group of friends. The service was excellent; a wide choice of breakfast options delivered to the villa; an on call e butler for any questions or services such as laundry. I highly recommend this property.

The staff were nice location is good

The villa is amazing. Everything is new and service is top notch with super nice breakfast. However, traffic jam is here madness and being located slightly further be prepared to sit in car longer each time going out. Will visit again but will go to the beach... 👍

Amazing space. Seriously one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. The bed is luxurious. Netflix already installed including Alexa. Expect families to visit (kids shouting), but if you tell front desk, they will sort it out.

Newly built in November 2022. Beautiful and clean. Polite and helpful staff. 24/7 convenience store at its doorstep. Nice quiet location but still near the best parts of Canggu. Value for money.

The complex was new and they were still working out small kinks but the villa was great, private pool was clean, would stay here again.

The room was full of mosquitoes, the towels were black, the price matching service was full of rubbish, and the hotel would not refund the money. No compensation if something goes wrong

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. When I checked in, I asked the front desk staff if they could help me rent a motorcycle. The front desk staff said they would contact me via WhatsApp, but they did not contact me at all after that. We had to ask Grab to take us out for dinner. , the outbound trip cost 10k RB. On the return trip, I met a bad and greedy driver. He told us that it would cost 10k RB to go back to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the driver told us that we would be charged 10 USD, not 10k RB. , we asked the same counter staff for help. Not only did the counter staff not protect us, they also helped the greedy and evil driver to ask us for more than 10 times the amount. The counter staff also helped the driver and told us that it was because the distance was too far. There are so many charges, 10 USD for a 7-minute ride. It’s really terrible. Do people in Bali bully tourists like this? The next morning we made a reservation for breakfast at 11 o'clock, and the breakfast was not delivered until a long time later. However, we were asked to check out at 12 o'clock on time before the breakfast was finished. We had finished using the shampoo and shower gel, and we called the front desk staff to tell them that we needed new shampoo and shower gel, but they were not delivered to me until we checked out. This hotel is really the worst place I have ever experienced. I suggest you choose other better hotels.

Headed to the struggling villa because it was really jammed, but as soon as we arrived at the villa I saw blue pool water, a beautiful place, modern facilities, friendly and fast service... there were a few problems but they were quickly followed up directly by the manager Mr. Hendro, thank you Mr. Hendro and the team, have been complimented with delicious food, and friendly service...a little suggestion, maybe in the kitchen you can add tissue and a small saucepan so that it is more complete...always success...

The best villa ever! Risma and Cindy were the loviest ladies who took care of us, anything we needed they had it and just overall great service. The villa was clean (wonderful cleaning service everyday) and beautiful, felt so welcome here. Food was delicious too. Would 100% recommend staying here, already wish I was back here and miss the staff!🩷😇

Definitely recommend this for a stay in Canggu. Beautiful big spacious rooms, great food and the staff are amazing. It's really great value, although a little further out from the main area, it was really peaceful. Risma and Carla were always so attentive and helpful. The spa services were also fantastic, we got a massage, facial and a scrub.
