I’m glad that I made a great choice between all the big hotel brands in Amman. Ritz Carlton is still very new, beautiful and elegant. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, elegant marble bathroom. Breakfast comes with excellent choices and quality. Needless to say the impeccable service from the hotel staff.

Our prestigious address on the Fifth Circle puts us at the heart of our ancient capital city, close to the affluent Abdoun district, major companies and the diplomatic area, making Fairmont Amman an outstanding choice for Jordan business and leisure travelers alike.

Not bad, the hotel is next to Four Seasons and Sheraton. The breakfast was OK and the room was relatively large, but the view from our room was average. When my luggage didn't arrive on the first day, the hotel front desk manager actively helped to solve the problem and was very attentive! Parking is also convenient~

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

The highest tower hotel is really good to enjoy the night view, but there is no comfortable Dubai. The hotel can also have a good atmosphere in the bar upstairs. There are fast food and pedestrian streets in the mall.

The hotel breakfast is delivered to the room, which is not something Chinese people are used to. In order to fill their stomachs, they have to eat. However, there are many Chinese restaurants in Jordan, and Lanzhou ramen is also available.

GGUANJIAlthough it is some distance from the old town, it takes about 15 minutes by taxi, but the surrounding life is convenient, there are many restaurants, and there is an ice cream shop. The room is quite spacious and looks like a grade, it is worth recommending.
YYUSHENThe surroundings are very quiet and there is very little business. The bed is oversized, just too soft. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.

Very Good
It was a good hotel with nice rooms that were not big but still reasonable, nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable so I slept very well. I booked the room with a balcony and it was nice to sit there and watch life outside. There was a beautiful view of the Roman theater. It wasn't noisy there even though there was a lot of traffic and people outside, of course, but it didn't bother me because it was soundproof. Wifi didn't work so well so I used my SIM card to connect. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and everything tasted great. The hotel also arranged various trips so I did it to the Abu Jaber Caves in East Amman, quite close to the airport. Personal helpful and nice, nothing to complain about, quite the opposite. I recommend this hotel, perfect location in the center.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel with clean rooms. Good location. Breakfast buffet staff and the night doorman are very polite and helpful. Water pressure was abit low and AC was blowing hot air at the beginning but then it stated to blow cold air. Recommended

Very Good
GGuest UserA nice and comfortable place to stay in Amman, Jordan! The hotel is very close to the city-center and the team was very kind and helpful. Our apartment was clean, with comfortable double-bed, bathroom and small kitchen. It was good to have a refrigerator. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the variety of different local dishes. The hotel has its own parking, which was great as we rented a car and parked there for free.
SstephenbW3670VOClean basic hotel but one that really cares about its clients. Although only a one star hotel our stay was extremely comfortable. The inclusive breakfast was really nice and we suggest you book a room with an ensuite. The free walking tour of downtown Amman taken by Orwha was a real eye-opener and he was a perfect guide. (you pay him what do you think it’s worth). The hotel is a stones throw from the Roman theatre and the ancient citadel on the hill. It was very noisy throughout the night however as it was Eid and everybody was out celebrating until the Sun came up.
GGuest UserDisaster from the hotel. Upon arrival, it all began. When checking into the hotel, we received sarcastic comments about how we managed to get a room at such a low price. When we said that we used the code, they rolled their eyes. We changed rooms three times in the first hour. With the promise that the next one will be better. However, they could not provide us with the room that was shown in the pictures. It was said that only the 5th floor was renovated, but despite that, only the bathroom was renovated. When we compare the pictures with those on Booking, it is clear that instead of wooden floors, they have old, worn-out tiles, there is no TV, and curtains from the last century. We also wrote to the hotel about the parking space before the time of arrival. Through confrontations, they assured us that this would not be a problem. In the end, we were left without a parking space and had to park some 100m further on the road. In the morning, our car was scratched! Worst of all was the bedding. Dirty! Also traces of blood on the bedding. Finally, at breakfast, they asked us not to write a bad comment despite all this. Already during our stay, we contacted Booking in the hope of a refund, but the hotel refused us.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very popular about 25 years ago I’m told by locals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly however the hotel doesn’t seem to have ever been updated from it’s heyday. The rooms are so dusty my nose started to bleed by the time I left. The bathrooms have brown furniture and a bidet instead of a toilet spray. I hated using the toilet and bath, I felt dirtier coming out than going in! The balcony was only a foot deep and the windows let in so much noise. I would have left and booked another hotel but it was non refundable. The only thing that made it nice was the staff.
Outside the hotel were taxis that overcharged but if you do need one just cross the road and hail one, it’s a lot cheaper. The hotel across the road is more modern for a similar price, I’d go there if I had to return.

GGuest UserI came to this hotel as part of a group trip. The staff are very friendly, especially the kitchen staff. WiFi is available in the reception area but this is different to the WiFi in your room which was very good. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube etc. I shared a twin room which was internal so the window is to the hall way. The room was clean with a little area to hang clothes. The bathroom has a huge shower, but remember water is an issue for Jordan. The best bit about the hotel is breakfast. There is a cold selection of fruit and cake served to your table and then the pre-ordered cooked breakfast. And off the breakfast area is a roof terrace with a view of the Roman Theatre
GGuest UserI wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the high level of service, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly and professionally.
The amenities were excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for providing such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
