Always a comfortable stay at the holiday Inn Fortaleza. The rooms are fairly large and comfortable for any length of stay. The hotel provides a decent breakfast to get your day started. Also a restaurant on site with cocktails good food and great service. The staff here are friendly and happy to help guests. Augusto the manager is always available to lend a helping hand if need be with a smile on his face. I’ve been all over the world in all kinds of hotels and when I’m in Fortaleza for business or pleasure this is my number one pick.

Great location, great views, the apartment is very comfortable, we like the concierge kit. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we cannot use the swimming pool.

Perguntei no Check out se podíamos usar a barraca à tarde deixaram, ainda deram um vouncher para validar o desconto, ofereceram banho, toalhas limpas e shampoo e sabonete se precisarem, ou seja, carinho sem igual! Café da manhã sensacional, muitas opções e tapioca e omelete feitos na hora! Obrigada voltarei ficar mais dias… ahhhh único lugar que vi servirem champanhe no café da manhã AMEI

A ESTRUTURA DO HOTEL É BOA, PORÉM NÃO FOI DISPONOIBILIZADO TODOS OS ITENS DE COZINHA INFORMADOS NA RESERVA, COMO MICROONDAS E CHALEIRA ELÉTRICA. O APARTAMENTO É ESPAÇOSO, CAMA CONFORTÁVEL E CHUVEIRO EXCELENTE. NO GERAL VALEU A PENA, INCLUSIVE O CUSTO BENEFÍCIO. RECOMENDO.

Good night! We spent a 4-day period .....a location is excellent .....a very good breakfast in the variety, but the kitchen staff and services are a little stuck in the delay of repair of items and tools ....as a little old instants, our bed was with the right foot broken ....a internet in the rooms is sufferable ....but nothing that would overwhelm the stay ....in general is reasonable.

Excelente hotel, cama gostosa, chuveiro, atendimento muito bom e o quarto muito aconchegante. Parabéns a todos e em especial a camareira Raquel e a recepcionista Keylane. Tiramos várias fotos lindas no hotel com o pessoal da Maná fotografias, amei todas as fotos. Obrigada!

Excellent service, super clean rooms, breakfast was not left to desire, highlighting the lady who was preparing the tapioca (unfortunately I didn't ask her name), but showed sympathy and high astral, which was the first of several hosts there.

I know this property as I had stayed there previously and it is to be remembered for the excellent meals available for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Buffet options featuring an outstanding variety of meat, fish, chicken, vegetables and so many combinations! Typical Brazilian meals such as the feijoao are deliciously prepared here! Waiters Andre and Wilson are among the best as they are so kind, humorous, smiling, and serviceable in the restaurant and they are the ones that encourage to come back all years! Other advantages of this Brasil Tropical hotel are very well-known including the location close to the beach, ample rooms with views to the amazing Meirelles skyscrapers and sorrounding area, and a swimming pool located in the ”cobertura” (roof) allowing to have sun baths and also the service of drinks. But what was a complete unpleasant surprise was the fact that at check in Mr Alysson charged me a fee of 215.47 Reais that is fully improper and incorrect as my prepaid booking was completely prepaid in advance (redundancy in my statement is on purpose) and the voucher very clearly stated that my reservation was fully prepaid. Brasil Tropical hotel is the only one doing this in Fortaleza and perhaps the only one in the whole Brazil! I was astonished to see how rude and intransigent Mr. Alysson was as he even did not allow me to get in touch with my travel agency. At a later stage, I spoke with the hotel manager Pedro Ruau and he explained me that the fee was because my travel agency used Decolar as intermediary, which is used to charge the 10% to the guest. But the one who loses was me and no other than me! For this reason and only for it, I am not composing a review featuring this establishement as excellent (because for all the other reasons it is a very good beach hotel).

The single beds in Brazil are all 0.88 meters. They are used to sleeping 1.2 and 1.5 meters in the country. They are afraid of falling out of bed. But after living in a number of hotels, I found that this is basically the case. I really don't understand them. The Brazilians are so big, they all sleep in such a small bed. . .

Pontos positivos: Bom cafe da manhã, boa área de lazer e no entornondo do hotel a noite, tem vendas de lanches e espetinhos. Pontos negativos: Cama extremamente desconfortável, piscina nao é limpa com regularidade, a localizaçao do hotel fica no lado mais extremo da praia do futuro, comprometendo o deslocamento com maior facilidade para os demais locais de fortaleza.
