This is a beautiful place! We enjoyed all the activities that were available, such as releasing 300 Olive Ridley sea turtle babies into the ocean. How educational for the children to learn about the importance of the ecology and environment. Our Beach Attendant, Yahir Ochoa, was so charming and attentive, we had many great laughs with him! Grecia and the Cuate Team took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. The rest of the the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. We hired the transportation through the resort and Flor and Tony gave us a very smooth ride. The restaurants were great and we loved the local fish of the day. We highly recommend Susurros Del Corazon and we will be back!

Great beach, fun waves, excellent service, friendly and considerate staff, clean and beautiful rooms. Food was also fantastic. We have stayed at many five-star hotels (Four Seasons, Ritz, Montage, and boutique five star hotels around the world). This is in our top 3 for sure! Maybe #1! Great job team Susurros! Thank you for an amazing week!

Excellent location, service and accommodations. Food was delicious and amenities are awesome. Would highly recommend this location for a beach vacation. Everyone at the resort was very accommodating and made our trip very special. The beach is beautiful and sunsets are amazing!

The entire stay was magical. My daughter has Celiac's and they were accommodating with all of her gluten free food requests and were always helpful to make sure she had something to eat. The beach sand is soft and clean. The staff service at the beach was the best! The pool felt amazing. The rooms were clean and gorgeous. The staff in every part of the hotel were friendly and hospitable. We had to see the dr due to a cut on my son's foot, and they were helpful and caring. We were there for Christmas Eve and Christmas and there were many amazing activities for us to participate in. We couldn't have asked for a better trip!

My new favorite place. Had high expectations upon arriving and they surpassed my expectations. The staff was exceptional. The food breakfast, lunch and dinner was all very flavorful and delicious! They were decorated for Christmas! The entire property was beautiful and charming. We had an ocean view room on the second floor and the sunsets were amazing! Loved our patio. Very nice beach area with nice waves and stunning sunsets! Loved the many fire pits around the property. They had smores one night which was a nice reason to enjoy the fire 🔥. The spa was exceptional. You can enjoy the spa area (salt sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool even if not getting a massage. Very relaxing and enjoyable! Made quite an impression on both of us. So many things were excellent here! The room and the layout of the property was beautiful and interesting provided an amazing atmosphere! To say the least they left quite an impression!

We loved our stay at this elegant beach resort. Rooms are spacious and perfectly appointed and generously sized both indoors and on the terrace. The resort's small size meant we never faced crowds anywhere - pool, beach, restaurants, gym, spa. Service was excellent throughout and many staff members went above and beyond with our infant daughter. Food and drinks were top notch especially breakfast at Casamilpa and dinner at La Boquita. The trip was just what we were hoping for - a relaxing, elegant beach getaway. We will be back!
