Hotels with Breakfast in Ayvalik

The hotel is located in the old part of Ayvalik, about 10 minutes from the sea. We couldn't get there with our minibus but Aydın, the manager, contacted our driver and he was able to pick up us and our luggage. We have been and have fun for two nights. The rooms are very simple, but breakfast is fantastic, there is sweet and salty with fruit, yoghurt, eggs and more and served in a nice garden. Aydin speaks a perfect Englishman, he is very kind and a good organizer, suggesting restaurants, beaches, a beautiful sunset view and booking a boat trip, careful in every detail. Thanks to Aydin and staff for your hospitality!

The hotel staff and owner are very interested and helpful. We were 2 times renovated in the 3rd floor, but we didn't regret. There are very large rooms with a nice air conditioning and mini-fridge, their beds are comfortable. They also succeed in cleaning and cleaning, which is important in the Covid period. There is a beach of your own at 5 minutes walking distance. The lift is available. The garlic is at the centre walking distance and there are a101, bim and 2 shock stores within 100 metres. No car park problem

Ayvalık merkezdeki eski bakanın olduğu yer. Otel çok güzel olmuş. Hizmet kaliteli. Kahvalti güzel. Otopark biraz küçük ama idare ediyorlar. Deniz kenarında olması harika. Şehre yürüme mesafesinde. Mutlaka kalın Neler yapılacak neler yenilecek buralar çok guzel

Spent 7 nights in this beautiful hotel which is intriguing given its transformation from old factory to hotel. The building is magnificent and lovingly renovated. The rooms are generous and comfortable. Immaculately maintained throughout. Generous Turkish breakfast buffet which can be eaten indoors or outdoors. Evening meals are delicious too. Very nice staff. Parking extra just across from hotel but the rate for daily parking is not expensive. We had to change rooms as we wished to extend our stay. Unfortunately our last few nights were spent in a room over the outdoor dining side of the hotel. Even though the music stopped between 11.30 and 12.00 midnight, it remained very noisy on a number of nights, so I would highly recommend that you request a room on the opposite side to the outdoor dining area. Right in the heart of the old town. No car needed for your stay here. Public bus to Capri Beach is less than a five minute walk with the trip to the beach taking about 5 minutes by bus. Will definitely return to this fabulous hotel again.

Eşim ve iki arkadaşımızla 3 gün kaldık bu otelde. Öğrendiğime göre iki eski Rum evini butik otele çevirmişler.Gerçekten güzel bir tadilat yapılmış,biz beğendik. Özellikle bahçe/avlu harika. Kahvaltıda abartılı çok çeşit yerine doğal,lezzetli şeyleri sunuyorlar👍👍👍 Otelle ilgili daha iyi olabilirdi diyebileceğim tek konu banyonun biraz küçük olmasıydı ama sanırım yapacak birşey yok 😊 NOT: Ayvalık’tan dönerken sadece peynir&zeytin ürünleri değil sakızlı kurabiye de almanızı tavsiye ederim.

Ortunç otellerine ait elit bir otel olduğu için konaklamamı burada tercih etmiştim. Ne yazık ki resepsiyonist Beyza hanımın kaba tavırları yüzünden bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim ve tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir otel oldu. 2.gün Odanın temizlenmediğini belirttiğimde odaya elinde çarşaflarla gelip ''çok rahatsız olduysanız kendiniz değiştirin'' cümlesi kuran bir resepsiyonist. Konaklamam boyunca kaba davranışlarına defalarca maruz kaldım. Kahvaltıdayken temizlik rica etmiştim. Daha öncesinde aynı saatte yapılan bu iş için o gün Beyza hanım, çıkış saati olan 12yi bekleyip çıkan odaların temizliğinden sonra temizlik alabileceğimi söyledi. Lobiye inip bir şey soruyorum dönüp misafire bakmıyor bile. Neden böyle davrandığını sorduğumda'' hanfendii açıkçası sizi muhatap almak istemedim'' cümlesiyle karşılaşıyorum. Beyza hanımın göz devirmeleri de cabası. Bu davranışları üzerine ön büro müdürü Aslan bey ile görüşme sağladım. Müdür olarak çalışanın yapmış olduğu bu uygunsuz hareketler sebebiyle benimle oldukça nazik konuştu ve telafi etmeye çalıştı. Çalışanıyla da görüşme yapmıştır diye düşünüyorum ancak Beyza hanımın davranışlarında değişen hiçbir şey yoktu. Aksine daha da kabalaşmıştı. Lobiye gelen misafirini bir selam vermeden, nasıl yardımcı olabilirim demeden, ''eveet?'' diyerek karşılayan birisiydi kendisi. Tatile gidip dinlenmek isterken tam aksi bir konaklama deneyimi yaşatıldı. Gerçekten bu davranışlara maruz bırakıldığım için çok üzüldüm. Diğer resepsiyonistler Güngör bey ve Mert bey işlerinde ve saygı konusunda çok iyiler kendilerinden çok memnun kaldık. Restaurant ekibi yine çok iyi. Kahvaltıları oldukça temiz, özenli ve lezzetliydi. Genel olarak güzel bir servis ve tutum olsa da sepetteki çürük elma bütün sepete zarar veriyor. Otel yönetimi bu yorumu dikkate alırsa, Beyza hanımın misafirlerine davranışlarını, nasıl karşılayıp uğurladığını da ne kadar güler yüzlü olduğunu da fark eder kameralardan izler.

We were looking for a quiet and casual hotel in Cunda for a 4 days get-away. After reading the reviews; we booked without hesitation. The hotel’s location is great: very close to the center; but also at a very quiet location. It only takes around 5 mins to walk to the island’s center from the hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious enough for a couple. What really shines about Battalos is its phoenomenal breakfast. Every morning they offer a great breakfast rich with local cuisine. The staff was also very friendly; but I want to thank to Süha in particular. From the moment we arrived at the hotel; he was a spectular host. He informed us about the top beaches and restaurants to visit, too. If you are planning to go to the beaches; make sure that you get informed about the ones that Battalos has a deal with. They offer great value.
