Great location, the beach is near, the center is near, stores and restaurants around the corner, nice pool, very clean, friendly staff Would definitely stay there again, also great price and nice breakfast

I enjoyed a one night stay at the hotel. Excellent facilities, modern and clean with large spacious room and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Great hotel, free gym, pool and sauna. Lovely staff and was nice a calm. Apartments were a decent size and had a lovely balcony.

Pleasant hotel well located in the city center the price/quality ratio is correct negative point the TV was cramped and the gym requires more maintenance of the equipment

We visited the hotel a couple of times to see our good friend Alex who runs the hotel bar. He's an absolute star and always looks after us and the other hotel guests. (Everything is "under control"). We ordered some food and drinks, and our children had a swim in the pool. The facilities are clean and well kept. There were guests of all ages with families, young adults and older guests so it's a real mix. The food was very tasty, but then again we've never been disappointed here. The gym is better here than some other local hotels.

Myself and my daughter recently stayed at Evabelle for our 2nd time. As always we had the best time, the hotel is perfectly situated on nissi avenue close to all amenities. All areas of the hotel were clean, airy and modern. With rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels every couple of days. Food & drinks here are also very good with a range to please even the fussiest of eaters including children And to top it all off the staff are the best especially Yiannis who has made our stay memorable both times and even gifted us with tsoureki (a traditional sweet Easter bread) as we left on Easter Sunday. We love Evabelle and will definitely be returning for a third time!

Just returned home from the Evabelle napa apartments, we stayed in a studio with a fab sea view, it was very clean and adequately equipped for us with enough kitchen items etc , hob , toaster and kettle so could prepare snacks . The beds were very comfy and clean sheets changed regularly and towels too , maids came every day . They are situated in a great place , near the beach , better beaches are sandy bay , lands beach and macronnisos beach , there is a great beach up past the water park at Ayia thekla which is well worth a visit , a big sandy lagoon of clear water with a little island in the middle, great snack bar too . There are plenty of bars and restaurants along nissi avenue, our favourite bar as always ( been coming to Ayia Napa for 24 years! )is the napa star inn , turn right at the end of nissi avenue and it’s opposite tommys pub on the corner , Napa Star does great food and good beer and cocktails, not watered down ! Ate at the pool bar at Evabelle and it was great quality and huge portions, the staff ate all nice too , will definitely be returning to Ayia napa and will return to these apartments too

This review will be in 2 parts firstly the hotel Then the surrounding area The hotel apartments We went on holiday here via jet 2 holidays which have categorised these hotel apartments as being vibe now jet 2 have been very clever with description of these hotel apartments Which means that there is a vast range of different age groups, party sizes and even families staying here. The rooms are on the basic side. There is a kettle, toaster, hob, oven fridge and limited cooking utensils. But On a positive plus point there is a free safe and free aircon. Don't forget to bring your own soap/shower gel as these are also not supplied The layout of the hotel makes very good use of the available sunbathing space but as the season progresses and the hotel gets busier there could end up being a shortage of sunbeds . The pool area is about right for the size of the hotel and there is a small area enclosed by metal railings for smaller children. We had requested a quieter room as we are fairly light sleepers so we were in a slightly older room at the back of the hotel which was fine for us ( no lift) The hotel must have been extended over the years as the block to the left has lift access now Also the hotel locks now work via a key card system we opted for the breakfast option which we booked beforehand this can also booked at the hotel at a cost of 7 euros each (correct at time of review) This had the usual items cereals ,bread/toast cold meats cheese , bread(toast) Bacon, eggs , beans, random veg , yoghurt, fruit juice , tea, coffee and even hot chocolate Plus each day there were other surprise odd items as well The hotel does have food available at lunchtimes and there is an evening buffet at a cost of 12 euros These options we did not try so can't give an option on these Wi-Fi worked well There are Also plenty of books available should you wish to have a read The hotel is a great position close enough to the nightlife (10-15 walk ) to the main club area but this also means that it is far enough away so that you don't hear anything So best of both worlds Out and about There is a 24 hour supermarket on the corner prices are a bit higher but you are playing for the convenience Eating out there are loads of restaurant options (would strongly advise looking at TripAdvisor before trying them ) A few that we liked Bella Italy Hungry horse (huge portions!!) De Medici Queen vic pub We just had a main meal with water averaged at £27 for the 2 of us Supermarket wise best buy,rossos or the ones on the back roads had cheaper prices Oddly there is a hardly any fresh vegetables or fruit to purchase And what they do have seemed to be very expensive and limited choice There is also a very nice bakery (sigma) which has great bread, cakes and other items about a 7-10 minute walk from hotel There are various paths roads down to the beach and there is a paved walkway along the beach are best parts seemed towards t

Went here for 2 weeks mid-end april, room was spacious and clean. The apartments are in a really good location, in the Main Street where loads of restaurants and shops are around. Some beaches are pretty close by too which was a bonus (10 minute walk). Beds and pillows were personally uncomfortable however this was more of a budget apartment. We were self catering, whilst I wouldn’t cook on holiday, a toaster would definitely have been beneficial but there wasn’t one, there was a kettle to use, there was also a hob however no pans to actually cook with which defeats the meaning of self catering for those who wish to cook now and again. Whilst the bathroom was clean, the toilet brush however had not been changed and was dirty from the previous people staying… The 2 members of staff we came into contact with were pleasant. Just be weary once the rooms have been cleaned, they tend to leave the balcony doors open for airflow and this meant that we had a lot of bugs come into the apartment on one occasion this happened and you can imagine how irritating that is to have bugs flying around the place at 1 in the morning. I would also recommend paying extra if you are to stay here to have a room not on the ground floor. Our rooms door opened up in view of the whole ground floor, right opposite the swimming pool and therefore there wasn’t much privacy when leaving the apartment. I personally won’t return because of the above reasons, however we did have a lovely holiday and the apartment itself was a good base as we didn’t spend a lot of time there. Improvements do need to be made to ensure it has the utilities needed for self catering holiday makers.

Stopped here for 9 nights at the end of April and enjoyed our time in this establishment. Rooms are of a good size and are cleaned everyday with the bedding and towels changed every 3 days. Pool area was clean and the bar was excellent, service from Yannis was excellent. Location was great, within walking distance to all the attractions in Ayia Napa “The square, Nissi beach, shops, restaurants etc”… Would I return 🤔 absolutely!

The hotel great location close to bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms basic but spacious and spotlessly clean and nice big balcony. Staff could not do enough for you very freindly and helpful especially Yannis who ran the bar. Will definitely return soon!!!
