We spent 10 nights all inclusive from 29th October 2023 We paid extra to have a penthouse sea view room, which wasn't quite as good as we had expected but nevertheless was comfortable & spotlessly clean. We had a couple of problems in our room which were sorted out quickly π The food in the restaurant breakfast & evening wasn't amazingπ€π but was OK we didn't starve but we also didn't really look forward to our meals there. Food was not at a good temperature π₯Ά no matter what time we went in. Asked staff to warm our plates of food up in the microwave a couple of times. Lunch meals served in the pool restaurant were the best cooked to order & hot. Sometimes we didn't have breakfast & waited till 11am when they served breakfast in the pool bar again cooked to order & hot. Staff are so friendly & helpful especially Laura who went above & beyond to make our stay good in restaurants & her son Ariran in bar π It was almost the end of the season & so quiet in the area & hotel. We are 2 adults in our 60's we like long walks, day trips to see the area, a comfy bed & good food. Food wasn't as good as it could have been, but we would still recommend this hotel π This hotel closes 12th Nov till April. Top tips : take your travel mug & get your hot drinks(we take ours everywhere) put straight in there if you like a big cup of tea/coffee, the cups they have are small, no sweetners only sugar, so if you require these take some. Sockets in hotel are all UK 3 pin so no adapter required if you are from UK & USB in room too. Towels are supplied for pool & you can take these to beach too ππ
