When I arrived the receptionist was very short and borderline rude. They assigned me a room and gave me my key. When I hit to the room there was already someone in it! I had my my luggage and I had to lug it all back to the front. She then was like oh sorry very nonchalantly. Then assigned me a different room. The room was ok. However the mini fridge did not work. I asked multiple times and was told sorry the maintenance person is gone. It was 5pm. I then asked if it was possible to move one from a different room as I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated. I was told no but that when the maintenance person came back the following day they could help me. Luckily I had a small insulated lunch box. I went to get ice at the ice machine to keep my items cool until morning. To my surprise the ice machine in my floor was not working. I asked the front desk if they could get me some ice from the kitchen or somewhere she then said no. But you can try the other floors. I did and the ice machine on the second floor was working but hidden in a small closet that smells like mold and has actual mold growing on the ceiling. Finally the next day as I was heading out to my meeting I reminded them of the mini fridge and they replaced it.
