Hotel was quite a distance from Kitzbuhel but ski bus stop was only less then 5 min walk away, and less than a 10 min journey to the main gondola. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but not great having a double bed in the room sharing with four males. I was impressed with the breakfast and hotel was great value for money.

Nice hotel with beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel is on the main road, but it wasn't very noisy. There is a bus stop nearby where the ski bus stops in winter and can take you to the ski lifts in Kitzbühel. There is a bakery with a café right next to the bus stop.

Unfortunately we booked the hotel too spontaneously. Maybe you should have read the reviews. It is run by Danes who try to run the hotel in a somehow Austrian way. At the reception, the national language, German, is poorly understood. There was no hot water in the room for two days. The Holtel manager didn't quite understand that. We had to go through tour operators. The food was a disaster. The chef has put together a fixed menu for the whole week. He may have read about the food intake somewhere but hadn't looked at the pictures. The soup that was served as a sauce on the second day, or fried potatoes from the deep fryer that were salted black and served with a fried egg. We have to leave earlier, it was enough.

Breakfast was absolutely sufficient and the selection left nothing to be desired for us. Our bright family suite was very nice and large and had a wonderful view of the mountains behind the house. The staff, as well as the Danish operators, are all very warm and courteous and always try to make sure you have a good time. The price-performance ratio was absolutely right here, you can probably only complain about it at the highest level. The location of the hotel is just a little bit back from the busy Pass Thurn Street, but that didn't bother us because we didn't hear any traffic even at night. The hotel is located two minutes away in a suburb of Kitzbühel. Unfortunately we can't say anything about the dinner as we didn't take advantage of this offer. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy Tyrolean cuisine in the surrounding area.
