The room and the breakfast was good. But they did not have parking facilities as we need to find a nearest public parking with a rate of NZD59 per day.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Left my luggage the night before as will be returning my car before i check in the next day. They were very helpful. Location is very central, few mins walk to Skycity and ****** and many eateries. Washer and dryer for 4Nzd. Washer powder provided as well. Room is very clean.

I made a great decision booking in this hotel since it is centee to everything andcwalkingvdistance to queen street. The room is very clean and thecstaff are friendly. Although the bkfast is the same everyday, I really dont mind. Ocerall the hotrl is fantastic and great view!

Really nice hotel and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good sound insulation. Breakfast was really good also and the room had everything I needed. I’d stay here again if I return to Auckland!

It is a nice and clean hotel. There are few street parking spaces just down the hotel and we are very lucky to be able to park there.

Very clean hotel and has a good location in Auckand city center. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is decent and have variety of bread choices. Will come back again!

I was disappointed how the policy of having 500 IHG points added to your account if you do not have your room cleaned. I certainly did that but there was no points added, worst, the staff lied about adding it to my account. A week passed. Still do not have it. What’s the point of encouraging guest to do that if you are not implementing the policy correctly? And why lied several time to defend it? Definitely a disappointing stay and I booked 2 rooms!

Good location and breakfast was adequate. The room was clean but small. Within walking distance to ****** and intercity bus stop Front desk queuing system was not very systematic esp where order of service was concerned.

Good stay, I love this hotel coz it’s very clean and tidy. The towels looks fresh. Only one escalator to go up to next level and no escalator to go down one floor, so it’s quiet annoying especially when you carrying a big luggage. Good customer service.

Check in time is too late(3:00pm) and check out time is too early(10:00am). Luckily the staff advised us to join the members of the hotel group so that we can apply for the early check in and late check out. The facility is new, tidy and clean. Staffs are polite.
