The hotel is modern and nice, I liked the rooms and amenities. However, my main concern is about the service, I think the staff could be much friendlier. That’s what most matters about a hotel experience. This includes people from the restaurant downstairs, Hartley. Some staff were friendly but it was a general feeling about the staff that made it uneasy to eat at the restaurant or approach the reception.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very modern hotel with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with a few things we needed during our stay. I highly recommend staying, if you want a luxury hotel at affordable rates!

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

Upscale hotel with a nice spa room for our vacation. Really nice restaurant with great servers. Had a few small hiccups with housekeeping but nothing bad. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were only a few hiccups like long blond hair in the sofa (we both have black short hair), the door to the rooms have scuff marks, the shower head made a loud vibrating sound, and the ice in the freezer wasn't completely frozen. We didn't dine at the hotel, so i really can't speak on that. The location is in a perfect spot. Valet Parking is quick and affordable..

The hotel itself was really nice. There were 3 things that I didn’t like. I paid $45 for valet parking. Every time I arrived at the hotel I had to wait a minute for someone to get my keys. I went to ATL for a show so I text valet for my car and as I’m heading down they say my car would be ready in 15mins. I’ve done valet so many times and I’m guessing they were short staffed but I feel like don’t offer it when you don’t have enough staff to cover it. It was just one dude. Secondly my shower made a really loud thumping noise with the hot water running. The water pressure was terrible idk if it had something to do with whatever the noise was but it ******. My room was amazing. I had the panoramic room BUT the bed look rushed like my sheets wasn’t on good.
