It was really great experience.

The room is small and the sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on. The service is basically non-existent. On the first day I checked in, there was no hot water in the bathroom. I asked the front desk several times. At first, it was said half an hour, then it was said there would be five minutes, and then it became unclear. Hot water came late at night, but it was gone again the next morning. I asked the front desk again and they said it was being repaired, but I didn't know when it would be repaired. Without expressing any apology, he just said confidently that he was repairing it and didn't know when it would be ready.

The hotel is right next to Georgia Institute of Technology and the Coca-Cola headquarters. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good. You can make your own waffles, which are delicious. The hotel has an independent parking lot, which is charged. You can drive to the hotel entrance and pick up the car by a dedicated person. In short, it's good 👍

It's across the road from GT. Breakfast can meet your basic needs. If you want to walk, there are very few people on that street during the day. It's better to pay attention to safety and take a taxi if you can. The service staff are quite conscientious. Better than price.

Everything was excellent here. I stayed for nearly a week and so I was able to interact with Quite a few employees. Everyone at the front desk was always smiling and very helpful, I didn’t use valet but they were friendly guys as were the room cleaners who always greeted me with a smile. Breakfast was always stocked and had good food as well. I was given a bigger room and it had enough room to spread out and enjoy myself and it was clean as well. It is also close to coca-cola and the famous Breakfast Club a by so many restaurants and bars. They even have fresh cookies in the afternoon for all guests and a very good selection of coffee everyday. I never waited more that 10 seconds for an elevator which can be super long in bigger hotels. The room rates are reasonable and I will stay here again if in Atlanta.

Clean!!! Pretty neat suite set up- living area entrance to the bathroom so that anyone staying out front on the pullout bed can access with privacy from those in the bedroom area! Staff was espoused pleasant, coming and going! Breakfast was actually good; great choices/options!

2nd stay here. Both times for college drop off. Located less than 10 minutes from the AUC it was perfect. The rooms are clean. My bed was squeaky..but not uncomfortable. The wall paper in the room definitely needs attention. Clean cozy convenient however, it does need some attention.

NOISY TRAFFIC ALL NIGHT. 1st night room 107, almost zero sleep. 2nd moved to 307, still street side, still awoken by street noise even with white noise app on nearly full blast. First time I have been disappointed by a Hampton Inn. Staff was wonderful.

My mom and I had a great experience staying in this hotel for four nights. Very clean and quiet place with good breakfast and nice staff. Shout out to the staff Kristen and Anthony who did amazing job, very supportive, friendly and caring!m, thank you!

The location was ideal to get around. We spent two nights at the hotel and used it as a base for sightseeing and to get to the airport quickly. The hotel is a bit worn and the carpet was old and a bit smelly. There were stains on the carpet in the room, the pillows were flat and not the cleanest, I didn't use one of the pillows because I found it to have a body odour. We had a room with two queen mattresses and I found the mattresses needed replacing and were on the softer side but were adequate. The bathroom was adequately clean but not squeaky clean and a hair was found in a towel which prompted me to ask for additional towels which I did get immediately. Food was left in the mini fridge from the previous occupants and had a stench so we kept it shut. The breakfast was also adequate and hot but the fruit was old and lacked variety. We observed the same fruit from the day of check-in being left for breakfast. The bananas did not look appetizing and the apple was brown and tasted off. There was a coffee maker in our room, however, being tea drinkers we were fortunate enough to head down to the lobby and grab a few tea bags. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful which made it bearable but having stayed in multiple Hampton Inns and Hilton Hotels, this is the worst I've been to thus far. I did leave a review immediately after my visit with my hilton honors review and hopefully it is seen and appropriate adjustments made.

Hello. I am currently staying at the Hampton Inn Downtown Atlanta Georgia Tech. I used Point for two nights 6/9/23 to 6/11/23. The room is horrible. I would like to have my points back. There is a sink water leak on the bathroom floor. The shower handle is broken and falls off. The vent in the bathroom is broken. The bathroom door rubs and makes a loud noise when opening. We did not get snacks for our entire party. It has been a horrible experience and we would like our points back.
