We decided to treat ourselves and stay in a five-star hotel for the New Year holidays. Rixos President Astana is real magic with attentive service and delicious, hearty breakfasts. We liked the spa complex with a large, clean pool. The only wish is that the Deluxe room lacked the ability to dry clothes.

The room hardware is good and clean, but they forgot to put bathrobes in the room. When I went swimming, I met a Chinese guy who said that the suite was not cleaned in time, let alone the ordinary room. The hardware of the whole hotel is very good, as if it is the original Marriott hotel. The breakfast is also very good.

One of the best hotels in Central Asia, it has been open for five or six years but it doesn't look old, it looks like it has only been open for one or two years. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with some small details of Kazakh ethnic flavor. The restaurant is well decorated, bright and clean. The food is mainly bread salad fruit. I also want to share, because I checked in that night, and a woman knocked on the door shortly after, and she didn't speak Chinese and English. I didn't understand it. I didn't dare to open the door at all. It was good to be cautious when going out.

The rooms are clean, with excellent linen, comfortable pillows and a blanket. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories. The towels are clean. The breakfast is a buffet, quite varied. There is a cook, but one day we had to wait a long time for him to come out) the hotel mainly accommodates foreigners, but at least when we were there. I recommend it!

特別好，整個都挺好的，我喜歡它家的游泳池和健身房，健身房很大，器材很多種，還有拳擊沙袋呢，游泳池水很清，旁邊還有桑拿房、熱水池，設施跟東北的洗浴中心差不多，很全。早餐非常好，我訂的房間是含早餐的，但那個長得像中國女生的服務員拿個賬單讓我簽，不知道啥意思，是要小費嗎？提個建議，房間冰箱裏和一樓酒吧都沒有哈薩克斯坦當地的啤酒。

Seeing that no one takes the initiative to say hello, they are not very polite! The shower door in the room leaks quite badly! There are not many types of breakfast. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!

The room is quite big, the power sockets are also Chinese sockets, and there is Chinese food. There is a boy at the front desk named Gestiemu. He speaks Chinese, English and Russian fluently and helps a lot. Thank you again.
