The staff is the warmest and friendliest of all the 5 star hotels I've been in. The amenities, rooms, food, spa, and ambience are all worthy of thier 5 star rating. Hiking is easily accessible directly from the hotel from thier private lift for hotel guest. Bravo to your entire team.

Additionally, the hotel's own lift is a true gem, providing direct access to the mountaintop with breathtaking views. The combination of world-class facilities and the stunning location makes this hotel an unparalleled choice for those seeking a truly unique mountain experience. Moreover, the impeccable service at the restaurants and in-room housekeeping elevated my stay to another level. Every meal was a delight, and the attention to detail in room service was remarkable. The breakfast was a dream, filled with delicious options, and the fact that it was included in the room rate was a real advantage. I can't wait to return and enjoy everything this incredible hotel has to offer once again!"

Our stay at Hotel Tschuggen in Arosa was extraordinary. The outstanding service made us feel truly special, with the staff consistently going the extra mile. The hotel's daily activities, including a mushroom-picking excursion with the general manager, were delightful and enriching, alongside daily yoga sessions. Our room was luxurious, and room service was impressively fast, always within 15 minutes. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, and the Tschuggen Express private cable car provided exclusive and quick access to the mountains and top spots like Bear-Land. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, especially with its breakfast buffet featuring local, seasonal products, vegan and vegetarian options, and freshly prepared meals. We appreciated the vegetarian/vegan menu and healthy options available throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mauro and Robert for their warm hospitality. The gym was super clean and equipped with new machines, and the spa offered a relaxing experience. The kids club was convenient in case of bad weather and offered a wide range of quality toys, furniture, and activities. Overall, Hotel Tschuggen is very child and family-friendly, making it an ideal destination for all. The combination of outstanding service, unique activities, exceptional dining, and convenient transport options made our stay unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back in winter.

Another awesome stay in Tschuggen Grand Hotel, which to a large extent is a credit to the hotel’s amazing and professional staff (special thanks to the Grand Restaurant and the Kids club teams for making our 4-year old feel like a special guest). The new menu in the Basement restaurant was a nice refresh. A truly luxury experience, we will be back next year! P.S. A minor point of feedback: a small table on the balcony next to the sun loungers to put down a glass/cup would be nice =).

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff in the wonderful mountains of Arosa! We had an amazing stay at the Tschuggen. The staff is very attentive and kind. The food is delicious. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in the Tschuggen!

Everything at the hotel was just perfect. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms, restaurants, bar area, spa were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. You can tell that guest comfort is extremely important here and a lot of thought has gone into making each guest feel taken care of. Amenities for skiing were excellent, including the very unique private cabin to the slopes! Dining at La Brezza was superb. There is nothing that could have been done better.

Hotel is probably the only 5 star property in the area . It had its own pvt railway that takes skiers to the top of the hill . The spa and pool are outstanding . Staff is ever willing to help with the smallest of the need . An experience worthy of your time in the alps

This was our third visit and has been nothing short of amazing. December at Tschuggen is magical. The festive decorations, including the beautiful Christmas tree, create a warm and joyous atmosphere. One of the aspects we truly appreciate is the personalized touch to our stay. It's evident that your team goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, and we are thankful for the attention to detail that made our stay memorable. The location, staffs, facilities of this hotel is amazing, we would say this is one of our very best holiday ever and we would def try to come back. The sceneries are beautiful, the cable express is a wonderful add on.
