Excelente atendimento! O ar condicionado estava fazendo um barulho e prontamente eles substituíram o equipamento e ainda mandaram uma seleção de frutas de cortesia para se desculpar pelo transtorno! São muito atenciosos! Estrutura do hotel é muito boa! As amenidades de banho são da Boticário!

The hotel was classed as 4 star and a boutique hotel. The room was very small and of very poor quality and standard. The windows in the shower/toilet would not close as they were broken, the fridge was mouldy in places, the blinds were taped with celetape by previous person, the balcony doors were not secure. The worst for us was the location, it was miles away from the town and there was no shop, bar or restaurants near by. On the plus side It was close to a beach and had use of a few chairs and brollies. We had to take a taxi to and back to town each day. It was the last stop on our trip to Argentina and Brazil and it spoiled our holiday.

The pool has an oily film on it. The paths are green and not swept daily. The restaurant is too small and there is no written menu. Breakfast was chaotic. The rooms are run down with tired decor and cushion frayed and plastic sofas that sag. The lighting is very poor across the site but especiallyin the rooms which are also very noisy from rooms next to and abovel. Our fridge was lumpy with rust. The bathroom was badly in need of a face-lift. There is nothing nearby apart from a beach ( which is lovely) This might have been boutique at one point but is sadly just old and tired now. The centre is a taxi ride not a walk away for choice of eating as the hotel is very limited.

Great stay. Warmed up pool was great. Delicious breakfast. Really clean rooms. Close to a beautiful beach with a service point for hotel guests Ants were a problem. Too much salt on the bacon sometimes.

Primero que nada ya desde el momento de reservar, siempre han tenido una calidad y atención muy personal! Al llegar e ingresar a la habitación, la cual era perfecta, ( éramos dos) con un deck individual con sillón , una cama súper confortable! Con vista a jardines! Espectacular! A menos de 100 mts la playa de Geriba, donde ofrecen sin costo reposeras y sombrilla, así tb toallas para la piscina y playa! Poseen dos estacionamientos, uno en el mismo espacio y otro a menos de 80 mts, que realmente siempre hay lugar! El desayuno, muy variado con frutas, pastelerías, jugos, huevos y cada día varían alguna de las cosas! Panes deliciosos! y todo lo que uno necesita para arrancar una mañana bien! Excel Wifi en todo el hotel. El personal súper pero súper atento, tanto en el restaurante, como el la Conserjería, en gral todos muy respetuosos y amables. Poseen una piscina climatizada exterior, un pequeño gym, reposeras duchas cerca de la mismas, y el lugar es mágico, el jardín da la sensación y las habitaciones, de estar en una cabaña! Estuvimos una semana, y volveríamos seguramente! Todo impecable! También los tragos y la comida en el restaurante! ( poseen todo un sector de actividades para niños) Las Habitaciones con camas muy confortables, TV con todas las opciones que hoy se necesitan tener! y de 42” más el deck todo perfecto! Los baños todo muy completo! Duchas con excelente presión de agua! Actividades cerca de mi ubicación Playa y otras para hacer ahí!también restaurantes y lugares para hacer compras. Los tragos que preparan!! El desayuno muy completo! Buen lugar para cenar sino se quiere salir. Algunas de las opciones de Teo del hotel Es muy destacable la atención del personal, desde los camareros, conserjes y gerenta del hotel! Aspectos destacados del hotel, Romántico, Apto para niños y Buen excelente precio
