Hotels near Industrial Monterrey Park, Apodaca

I have stayed here multiple times over the years and given good reviews. This trip, I just want to run away. One elevator is broken so their strange key card elevator system is unbearable. I usually use stairs, but they are off-limits here. The elevator requires each person riding to a different floor to enter their key and press their floor. Take to long and the elevator will just start moving. Last night I was cold and hoped to warm my room a bit. It was a great idea, but my room has no setting for heating. I froze. That was bad. The worse thing was to wake up in the middle of the night and realize the water wasn't working. I went downstairs to tell the front desk the water wasn't working in my room and was told it wasn't working anywhere in the hotel, but they hoped it would be fixed in a few hours. The desk person did kindly offer me an extra bottle of water. Why so I could need the non-functioning bathroom even more. This evening the sounds of a party below are blasting into my room. The noise level outside the door of the party maxed out at 92.5 dB. So in a little over an hour the people in the party room will start permanently damaging their hearing. In the meantime my room quiet is non-existent. I don't know what has happened to this hotel, but run away and stay somewhere else. I spend about 125-150 nights a year in hotels. This is the absolute worst of the year. I am a long term IHG Rewards member. The hotel's complete loss of service and skill is horrific.

The best value for money near Monterey Airport. Breakfast is full and there are many restaurants nearby

It was a suitable solution for my kind of business and work need, facilities are comfortable, careful and friendly management staff service staff with slim and good performance, The hotel is a very good place to recommend.

I spent 3 nights here and found the entire staff welcoming and accommodating. In particular, the evening bartender, Mario, was very friendly and quick to suggest delicious drink options. He was attentive to his fellow staff and customers as well, and very enjoyable to talk to. I will stay here again on my next visit.

The room is equivalent to the domestic all-season level. There is a complex similar to Wanda Plaza next to the hotel. It is close to the airport. There are many Koreans stationed there. It is LG company. I didn't eat breakfast. It is quite expensive. It seems like 200. Yuan peso alone, I brought it all over the country. The hotel does not have slippers, toothbrushes, kettles, etc.

It was a great discovery. Normally most of them are hosted in the holiday inn fusion or in Antarctica, but you have to know this new hotel. It is new, modern, with very cool and young decoration. The hotel is located on the side of the Monterrey Arena which is Madero street, but there is a pedestrian bridge. There is a street that is not very safe at simple sight but is completely illuminated at night, and there is also another new building that is almost changing the most modern area. One comment: Try to put more photos of the hotel on the internet because when looking for them, the patterns and photos of other Hilton hotels in the US have made us doubt for a moment to book online. The hotel is beautiful and I still think you need to know it more.

It has more motel services than a hotel, the room is spacious but it is easy to hear someone who is not only on one side but on the entire floor, the bed is firm and not soft, there was no towel in the room, it was requested and They brought it, the breakfast is simple but fulfills. Overall a pleasant experience, we only spent the night as we were going to a concert. 8 minutes walk away there is a metro stop

The hotel is very good and the service is very good cleaning .Very nice people .The restaurant very good and the hot and l bienlocslizado can d move s cuslquier place in Monterrey. We were very happy to be there and next time I stay.Because I love the hotel.

The room was not complete clean they were stains in some of the surfaces and the lamps were not clean. The service at the restaurant is very poor as I waited at the hostess table around 10 min and no one came over so I felt it was very lack of service but the food overall is good. The facilities are okay but the SPA is still closed. I had a great experience as it closed to the areas I needed to be and the front desk was very helpful. The comfort of the bed and pillows are great! Excellent views of the cerro and the amenities in the room are just great smell so good.
