The staff here were excellent, helpful and friendly with great communication skills. The cocktails were skilfully served and the spa manager was exceptionally helpful. I loved the sauna and the view from the swimming pool. This place is surrounded by epic nature and while the weather was very changeable we were warm and comfortable inside.

We were a large group celebrating a special event and the fantastic staff could not have done more to make this a truly remarkable trip. The accommodation is beautiful (rooms may seem small but thoughtful and interesting), amazing spa and massage, an excellent local guide that took us on two spectacular walks, and great food and wine. Super value for money - many of us are planning to be back soon!

Highly recommend this professional and beautiful hotel - staff were delightful and so accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more from my room - they responded to my requests really promptly and kept offering to help. I came away feeling pampered and rested The setting is stunning 💓💓💓💓

Stunning place to visit, we had a gorgeous room. Loved using the attached spa, felt very at home - the staff were amazing, could not have been more helpful and friendly. In particular the massage I booked was one of the best I have ever had. Delicious food and fabulous walks with our lovely guide who was so knowledgable. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Where to begin... My husband and I took our first vacation in the mountains this past weekend at Hotellerie de Mascognaz and we had an incredible experience! A SPECIAL thank you to Giuseppe and Laura for their exceptional restaurant service. It's amazing to see young, passionate staff members who go above and beyond to make the guests happy. Everything was perfection, from the cozy room to the top notch service and the breathtaking surroundings! It felt as if we were in a secluded mountain village with all the comforts we could ask for. We also traveled with our English Bulldog, Rocco, and he had the best time! The staff and hotel are extremely pet friendly and we found everyone to be extremely respectful, friendly, and available. We will surely be back soon!

Located near Champoluc, about 4 km., surrounded by greenery, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of Monte Rosa. Structure made up of several chalets. In the one where we stayed, equipped with every comfort, with the exception of the bathroom, which did not have a shower cubicle and a bidet, but on the other hand there was a small hydromassage tub. Reception and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Dinner dishes, excellent and well presented, accompanied by excellent wines recommended by the dining room staff. Passed through Mascognaz on 1/8, last day of our holiday in Valle d'Ayas. We wanted to have a coffee before going up to the Palasinaz lakes but at 7 the village is deserted. We give a 2nd chance at the time of the descent at 16.30 and we are a bit disappointed. The Maitre's advice is excellent and his young helpers are very pleasant, all welcoming and focused despite the continuous arrival of tourists. I am disappointed by the menu which does not present dishes from the Aosta Valley as we expected, if not some poor cold cuts platter. I start by saying that the coffee is not worth the price of €3, but the negative note is the reception. While we wait to sit down, I ask the red-haired girl for some indications but she is awkward and unprepared about the offers of the Ayas Valley. Furthermore, the tall and robust girl, with an air of superiority strictly forbids us to sit at the tables in the garden because they are reserved for hotel guests, perceiving our disappointment, she turns towards her colleague and expresses an annoyed attitude through marked non-verbal language.
