The hotel smells good and there are welcome fruits. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is soft and hard. The breakfast is rich and cost-effective! The curtains in the room are automatic, and you feel at home. The slippers are thick. There are small gifts when you check out. Children like it! It's just a little far from the city~

Mercure Anyang World Trade Center Hotel has a good location, near the cultural and sports center, and the hotel has a parking lot. The hotel environment is good, the scenery is OK, the decoration is low-key and high-end, and the service attitude of the hotel staff is OK. I am quite satisfied with such a hotel in a small city. I came here to run a marathon. The hotel is near the starting point and the room price has increased greatly. The hotel is good, but the price is high.

Smart toilet, toilet paper holder design can hold mobile phones. The indoor temperature is very warm. The sound insulation effect is very good, and earplugs are also provided. You can't hear the sound of gunfire without opening the window. The outdoor view is very good. In the new district, it can be regarded as a lake view room. The room has Xiaodu smart, but it was broken when I checked in. Two people came to repair it, but it was not fixed. After an hour of tossing, I called the front desk to change the room next door, and found that the room was a little smaller and there was one less window, but the flaws did not cover the merits. I need Xiaodu smart more, so it is still five points. The robot delivered things in time and spoke cutely. The laundry room is really great. I have stayed in some hotels around the world, and this is the first time I have seen a large and clean French laundry room. Self-service laundry is very necessary for long-term travelers. There is also a small gym next to the laundry room, and the facilities are OK. There are dumplings for free on New Year's Eve. One plate is enough, and two large plates are given, showing caring and warmth. There are also afternoon tea and fruits, which are very rich and can't be finished. The breakfast restaurant is also elegant and comfortable, and the dishes are also rich, but I am sick and don't have much appetite. Last but not least, I had a little fever. The front desk not only quickly sent a thermometer but also a lot of water. The front desk guy also took the initiative to say that water would be sent when needed, which was very heartwarming. When I left, I was given souvenirs and bottled water. Although I was sick and uncomfortable, I still felt that it was a pleasant Spring Festival Eve. I can change my strategy for the holidays in the future. Next time I can come to Mercure Hotel to celebrate the Spring Festival.

I took advantage of the Qingming Festival to visit Anyang for a few days and booked this Mercure Hotel in the World Trade Center. I didn't expect it to be so nice. The sanitary environment is very good and the breakfast is also rich. Because it was very tiring to play during the day, I wanted to drink some tea when I returned to the hotel, but I was afraid that there was not enough water. When I asked the hotel to send more mineral water, it was able to meet my request. Finally, when I checked out, the front desk also gave me a small gift, thumbs up 👍.

The room is relatively large, the facilities are relatively complete, and the service is also satisfactory. The location is relatively good, the surroundings are very quiet, and I happened to catch up with the wedding in the banquet hall downstairs~ There are special toiletries and slippers for children. Anyang is very good, I will come again~

I changed the room and there was no odor. The sound insulation is poor. Someone was talking in the corridor and it was clearly heard in the room. I hope to strengthen the hardware facilities and the service of the service staff is satisfactory.
