I had 3 rooms reserved for a crew of guys reserved with my credit card.  Upon check in the front desk asked for a card from one of my guys.  I learned that the hotel had changed the billing to the card of one of my guys.  I called the front desk and was told they could switch it if I came to the hotel....this was before they checked out which was to be the following day.  The front desk manager would not change the billing back to my card.  I travel over 50 nights a year and have not had this type of experience with an unwillingness to work with a customer to make things right.      I will avoid this hotel if at all possible.

I was greeted with a smile and very helpful staff member. Had a great experience and i will definitely come back to this location next month for my second business trip in this area. Everything was tight and clean. The bed was very comfortable and very quiet rooms.

Very good, very American style, no hurry, feel very comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast at the American hotel was basically the same, the egg sausage waffle small pastry, coffee milk cocoa, and the bag is hot.
