Hotel Tripolitsa

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered that there was no toilet paper in the room. I had to insist several times to get some, which is completely unacceptable. In the end, we were forced to go and buy toilet paper ourselves. In addition, my reservation was not respected. I had reserved a specific room, but upon arrival, I received a completely different room. The staff was uncooperative and indifferent to my situation, giving the impression that they were making fun of my concerns. Getting towels was also an obstacle course, requiring several requests before they deigned to provide us with any. As for cleaning the room, we had to call the housekeeping service again because the room was still dirty after their first visit. I strongly advise against this establishment, which not only does not respect its commitments, but also treats its customers in a completely unacceptable manner.

par rapport le prix manque des équipements ds les chambres 'expt il faut le supplier pour avoir ds serviettes parfois encore mouillé, lavabo bouché perte de l'eau avec le cuvette wc.telephone inaudible ,manque de relation et communication de la part de la responsable.en conclusion manque du professionnalisme .(chambre 305)
