服務態度很好，工作人員都比較熱情，投影儀也很清晰，空調很給力，桌球是免費玩的。然後門口就是公交車站去高鐵站都很方便，旁邊是客運站，去黃果樹也方便。

酒店停車方便，房間乾淨整潔，設施設備比較完善5樓中庭還可以打桌球隔壁就是客運站可以去黃果樹龍宮都很方便前台工作人員很熱情客房服務人員也很客氣。

服務超級差，衞生差勁，前一天到的晚，衹注意到了床單上有一點污漬，就沒有麻煩換，第二天續住，出去回來看見衹是隨便理了一下，床單被套都是亂的，仔細一看被套枕頭上都臟，想到睡了一晚上簡直頭皮發麻，嚴重懷疑上一個客人退房以後有沒有換床單被套，通知前台請打掃衞生的阿姨來換，打掃衞生的阿姨全程給你臉色看，態度差的離譜，就跟你差了她東西一樣，而且房間還有很多位置可以放被子，那個大姐直接放你坐的沙發上面，上面還有我自己的衣服在上面，就直接把被子放上去，打掃一個續住真的就跟要了她的命一樣，影響入住心情
