地理位置好，地下免費停車場很乾凈方便，出口有前台電話，可以抬桿，房間設施不錯，開窗或者空調很涼快，電視遙控器不太靈敏，床很舒服，有免費四瓶水，樓道有些裝修味道，又有免費游泳池很不錯，一樓早餐不錯，前台服務很棒，房間隔音還可以，隔音窗。新裝修不久的樓層，附近美食真沒的説，挨着吃了三家，都不錯。距離哪都挺近，步行人民公園還有啤酒節，孟泰公園很有特色，豐富多彩的活動，都有絕活呀，城市很規整。距離千山不堵車的話開車半多小時，距離鞍山博物館十分鐘，玉佛苑，二一九公園都在附近。
