The reception was warm and the service was thoughtful. You will be seated first when checking in. Drinks and snacks will be prepared for you and then you can check in slowly. The breakfast was rich. I don't know if it was due to the translation or something else, but the basement written in Chinese on Ctrip was not the basement but the top floor. However, the parking fee for self-driving in Amsterdam is really explosive.

Staying at The Pillows Maurits at the Park was the ultimate experience of luxury without being pretentious. From the moment we stepped through the doors we were greeted by various staff who were all very gracious, friendly,kind and helpful. The rooms were luxurious. Their on site restaurants were amazing. It was an experience we won’t soon forget.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pillows. Staff are not only kind and welcoming, but helpful and truly seem to care about providing a quality experience. We were greeted by them taking our bags, and chatting in the lounge about our stay and the hotel, and then escorted to our room and our bags were waiting for us. They were helpful throughout our stay for anything we needed. While not in the city center, the rest of the city is easily accessible by tram, and there are some nice finds in the area as well. Be sure to ask the concierge for recommendations. If you drink, don't miss going to Fitz's Bar for a night cap either. The room, while not spacious (though we knew when booking, so didn't bother us), was impeccably clean and comfortable. We would definitely not hesitate stay here again if back in the area.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. You do not often find a place where every element comes together so perfectly! The staff here truly cares about their guests. They were attentive, courteous, and polite ! Thank you for your welcome and your smile ! The place is immaculately clean!!! Well done housekeeping team ! The room was cozy , comfortable and clean ! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Spring Cafe Brasserie - from appetizers to desserts and service , this restaurant exceeded all our expectations! Lovely hotel in beautifully refurbished historic building. Just out of the main city centre, but well within walking distance and ten minutes on the tram (which is a five minute walk from the hotel). But what makes this hotel really special are the staff - they are a truly exceptional team - and they made our 5 day stay a complete delight, so thank you.

Outstanding staff, including being greeted by Sven and the wonderful people at reception, to the housekeepers. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, in a hotel (and I travel a lot). Location was perfect - 3 minutes to the tram, but everything within walking distance. Felt like a true neighborhood with many options for cafes, restaurants and Amsterdam highlights. At night, it's really quiet and one can get a good night's rest. One caution: service at the cafe was very slow and also inaccurate when I was there. Didn't detract at all from the lovely hotel, though, where I look forward to staying again when next in Amsterdam.

This hotel was the most luxurious and positive place I have ever stayed at. Everything from comfortable beds, no noise, gifts every day, and the 24 hour lounge. All of our needs were taken care of, no matter what came up. The hotel restaurants and bars were amazing. You didn't even have to leave the hotel to have a magnificent vacation.
