Two nights stay was ok in the cheapest two single bed room Note: no elevator no air con The room was small with very little room for baggage and no easy access power points for chargers etc The room was on second floor with noise from the street on Saturday night till early hours and Sunday was less But I can sleep anywhere They do provide earbuds 😊 The location was great tram to central station 100m around the corner 10 minutes walk from Rokin metro

For some odd reason, the room's heating was off when we checked in. It took 3h to worm up so we can get out again. While we were out the next day, cleaning stuff turned off the hearing once again?? We were frizzing as it was windy all the time. Great thing that there were free coffee and tees till noon 🥳

There are different light rail connections in downtown Amsterdam. The hotel is about 2 minutes away from the light rail station. It is very convenient to go back and forth from the Central Station to other places. Hotels in the center of Amsterdam are relatively expensive. This room is relatively cost-effective. The only trouble is that there is no elevator. If your luggage is heavy, there will be some trouble. .

The rooms do not look at all like those shown on the website, disappointing. The rest is fine, without more.

The location is very nice, the rooms and bathrooms are clean enough, the beds are comfortable. There just aren't enough closets for clothes. We thank you

Good location, 25 minute walk from central station. Lots of food and shop options near by. Room was comfy and clean however it did have some mould that needs to be addressed.

The room was smaller that the one i have reserved and paper walls, you could hear every little thing from the next room. The road in front of the hotel was under work so you hear every noise. We leave the hotel right after even knowing i won't have a refund for my two nights.

Our stay in Amsterdam only lasted three nights but it was a memorable experience for bad reasons. During our stay, the temperature in Amsterdam was consistently 30° at a high, our room was at the 4th floor with no air conditioning and facing the afternoon sun. Our room became an oven in the night time that we had no choice but to stay in. If not for a hard-working fan in the corner of the room we couldn't have stayed there without risking heat stroke. On top of that, there was no elevator which is mentioned no where on their ******* page. We paid about $600nzd (~€300) for a twin room which was more cramped than a shoebox, and not at all what we expected from the photos on *******. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the location was very good. But if you're coming to Amsterdam in the summer or the early autumn stay away, it's dangerously hot.

This is a very solid hotel. Front desk staff is extremely helpful. Cleaning staff likes to clean every day. It's an old building, it makes sense. Wifi is good. Bring your own towel. Bring Flip Flops. The location is excellent. Food everywhere. Tram. Museums. Sheets are worn but clean.

Hotel location is ok where it is close to shops and restaurants. However, the hotel is not having an elevator which very bad when you are given a room in the third floor, so imagine dragging your luggage all the way up. Also, in the details written in hotels it is mentioned that they are having safes available in the room, which is not true at all. If your visit is in Summer, stay away as there is no air conditioning and windows are not designed in a good way to provide proper ventilation.
