Hotels near Amami Island Botanical Garden, Amami

This hotel is located along the sea of Naze where I stayed when I visited Amami Oshima. When I entered the hotel, there was a corner of the １ floor at the corner of the old hit song ”Island Blues” Akemi Misawa Memorial Hall. The owner of the hotel is close to Akemi Misawa, and it is said that various Akemi Misawa items are decorated in that relationship. The hotel rooms were small and difficult to use, and the west sun was tight and stuck because it was a mountain side room. ２ There is a large communal bath on the floor, but it was not very big and it felt like it was added in the renovation. It takes ３０ minutes on foot to the center of town, but there was a bus stop for ”Shima Bus” right next to the hotel. The morning meal was a Viking form, and the Amami Oshima was lined up, and the number of items was large, so it was quite good.

We visited as a family of four. Pleasant medium-sized hotel — good family pool, jacuzzi, beach on an inlet of the sea a minute walk down the hill, panoramic view across the bay to the mountains on the other side. What makes the place great is how accommodating the people are — genuinely nice, not just hospitality school nice. Little issue? Fixed! “And sorry for the trouble.” Pool tubes, bikes, snorkeling equipment, even a mermaid fin, available with no rental fee. Very happy with our stay here.

大学生の娘との初めての奄美大島上陸しました。ばしゃ山ホテルは自然と融合したリゾートホテルで、時間が過ぎるのがあっという間でした。3月上旬で天気も曇りでしたので海には入れなかったですが、ホテルのプールで泳いだり、目の前のビーチでシュノーケルやバナナボートとかもあるみたいで次回チャレンジしてみたいです。

　10月に期限切れ間近のマイレージを使って初めて奄美大島へ行った際、以前から気になっていたこちらの宿に宿泊しました。 　少々行き難く静かな場所ですが、空港でレンタカーを借りて20分ほどで到着し、コロナ渦もあって久々の海でしたので、南の島で波音を聴くだけで気分が上がりました。 　チェックインからダイニングの高台からの海と山の眺めに癒され、ウェルカムドリンクの後、カートでヴィラに案内されます。部屋はヒルサイドヴィラですが、手前のヴィラとの高低差のお陰で海と山は見えました。部屋はシンプルですが新しく十分な広さがあり、アメニティやコーヒーメーカー、空気清浄機等も揃っていて、居心地が良かったです。アウトドアバスは一度使いましたが、基本は部屋のシャワー・バスを使ったので、オーシャンヴィラならば違ったのかもしれませんが、個人的には部屋選びに際はあまり気にしなくていいかもしれません。あと、海外のリゾートホテルのように、トイレと洗面所とシャワー・バスが繋がっていて扉もないので、トイレは別室の方が使い勝手がいいかと思いました。 　食事はダイニングで頂きますが、夜は奄美や鹿児島の色々な食材を使った創作料理のコースで、連泊しましたが前菜から魚・肉のメイン、ご飯ものまで全く異なる凝ったメニューを頂けて楽しめました。焼酎も様々な銘柄を取り揃えていて食事に合わせてサーブ頂けます。朝食は和食と洋食を選べますが、ホットサンドもお粥も美味しかったです。ダイニングやレセプションのスタッフの方々はみなさん笑顔で、丁度良い距離感のサービス・会話でしたので、好感が持てました。 　部屋から少し下ればプライベートビーチがあり、魚はあまり泳いでいませんが、すぐに透明感抜群の海で泳げますし、夕方の満潮時はビーチが半分以上海に埋もれてしまいますが、早朝の日の出の時間帯のビーチからの眺めはキレイです。部屋からダイニングまでの道のりは少々距離・高低差がありますが、木々や植物が色々観れて楽しめます。稀に激しいスコールに見舞われるのは要注意ですが・・・。また周囲にほぼお店がないので、車がないと昼食・間食も含め宿での注文となります。車があれば、島人マートのスパムおにぎりとラフォンテのジェラードがお勧めです。 　初めて奄美を訪れましたが、沖縄ほど観光地化していない分、素朴な雰囲気があり、是非再訪したいです。こちらは奄美の中では高級な宿泊代金となりますが、食事が期待以上で部屋・眺望・サービスとも非常に満足できる滞在となりましたので、奄美再訪の際にはまた宿泊したいと思います。

The corner location was great at the pass and I stayed at the Superior of １ F, but it was less than 20m from the room to the beach, so you can easily go to the sea with sandals directly. Since it is a bay, it is a very calm, transparent and beautiful sea, sometimes not directly facing the open ocean. I think it's a good place to spend a leisurely １ day without doing anything. When I said the hotel from Akaogi to Kurasaki coast to the locals, it seemed to be so popular that everyone was told ”Is it a net sea?” The meal was mainly local dishes and there were many rare things, but everyone was easy to eat and the taste was very good. Also, you can choose Japanese food and Italian food, and you can change the color 々 every day, so you won't get tired. The restaurant is located in the main building, about 500m away, including the slope, but you can pick up and drop off. The main building where the restaurant is located is on a hill and you can enjoy your meal while admiring the wonderful sea view. It takes １ time and １ time and half by car to the mangrove area and Kojinya, but if you ask, you can prepare lunch in the morning, so you can rest assured even if you want to go out early in the morning. I think it is a hotel that can be recommended.

My wife found it in a magazine and said she really wanted to go, so I went to Amami for the first time to celebrate Kishou. As you can see in the photos, it was a very nice villa-type hotel. The staff (a lot of them are immigrants from Kanagawa Prefecture) are also young, bright and very kind. It was a pleasant stay and it became a good memory. The room is made of concrete and has a simple but elaborate design. However, when the outside temperature is around 15 degrees Celsius at this time of year, it's a little chilly, and even with the air conditioner at 29 degrees, it's still cold. It should be cool in warm weather. The adjacent restaurant is Italian and only has an a la carte menu. Not much choice so staying more than 2 nights is a bit of a problem. But the chef (he is also from Shonan) has a great taste. On the second day, I changed the taste in various ways and it was delicious. thank you! The room is equipped with a nice kitchen, so you can cook for yourself. On the day of the local tour departure early in the morning, they prepared a nice breakfast lunch box for takeout. Mr. Denpaku is developing various projects to preserve local traditions and legends, and I was happy to see young people working hard. Please do your best.

I have a working experience in studying in Japan, and I can do it in Japanese. It is very good to this hotel. The human environment and the natural environment are super good. However, there is no Japanese-based travel advice with a translation to the island or a preparation for three meals at the hotel. The food is very good. The island has not been developed and all are three words, which is inconvenient. No car, it is abolished

Everyone is very friendly and it's nice at home. The rice is very good and the beach is nearby, so it is perfect for spending a luxurious time. This room is a wooden house with high ceilings and a touch of woody fragrance. The ceiling fan invites you to travel. Taking a step to the balcony, the stars look very beautiful, and the sounds of various creatures come and go. I feel that I have found something forgotten in my city life. I want to live longer.
