Overall it's very bad experience, service is not good at all its very overpriced for the service and money the hotel charging. Waiting period for everything even smaller things takes eternity.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Excellent ambience, activities and lake view. Had a wonderful time. Spa service so relaxing.. Pedling boat Especially with Mr. Harikrishnan assistance and photography is so nice.. nature with beautiful atmosphere made it wonderful stay..

Amazing stay and house boat experience, polite staff, good hospitality and memorable stay, highly recommended. Good part is that it has its own resort, so guests can enjoy the amenities at the resort while staying at the houseboat. 5 hr boat ride across beautiful lakes and landscapes was breathtaking, with live fish market shopping and cooking at the boat as per your taste. All in all, a great time spent.

The Sterling Lake Palace Alleppy is truly a beautiful resort with all amenities. We had a wonderful experience right from the reception to our stay . The sunset cruise organised by the resort was spectacular. I particularly loved the serene atmosphere of the resort and the food & ambience of the restaurant .Our thanks to reception and conduct by Ms Bismi , Mr Vinod and Joyshree ( Restaurant) . Well done guys .

Amazing property, the best part is the 1hour complementary cruise in the evening. Food is good and nice staff. There is a recreation room, mini golf area, pool, paddle boat for the kids to engage. Spa experience was amazing and it is a must do on a visit here. 2 day stay is recommended

Best place for having fun. Mr Hari Krishnan,pool in charge also shows archery and shooting skills. Best person and guide in the resort. Beautiful landscape in the resort. Backwaters cruises are complimentary. Food is also excellent. Must visit

Best resort experience so far. Food, spa, room, swimming pool, bar, services , boathouse etc each and every thing is great A must visit resort, if you are planning for a luxurious and comfortable alleppey trip. And excellent staffs behaviour. Thanks a ton for making our alleppey trip damn special and beautiful ❤️
