Very good experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food is tasty .breakfast help yourself to anything you want .clean comfortable room .plus free access to the swimming pool and gym. The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes away from the airport and about 15 minutes driving to the centre of Algiers Yvonne.

Must begin thanking the front office staff for being helpful and concerned, to accommodate us at absolute short notice. Being ejected out of Mercure, despite having a confirmed reservation, we were desperate for a hotel to sleep over. Jardy popped up on bookings.com. The hotel staff had not received the bookings online confirmation, but the front office went out of the way to provide us rooms for the night. On entering the room, you realise it gets over before it starts. Very minimalisitc features and amenities. Not sure, who decides on the star ratings (Jardy has a 4-star rating!!!). a poor wifi connection. Very ordinary and inadequate lighting in the room. All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel does not have a bar. The one restaurant in the hotel serves some food and also is the breakfast place. The comforter is kept folded in the cupboard. Dont be surprised not finding one on the bed. The rooms have split AC units and the unit in my room was not functional. Luckily the weather was nippy and i did not have a need for the AC.The hotel itself is located in a busy suburb, sorrounded by car mechanic shops. they do have a shuttle to and from the airport. It is also located not very far from the airport. The breakfast spread was ordinary, but decent. . i would not want to stay at the Jardy for comfort or ambience. Did see a lot of arab families staying there. i suppose the absence of liquor makes Jardy their prefered choice.

Upon arrival I had a smooth check-in and I was told that breakfast is on chargeable basis. Which should not be the case! A special shout out goes to the lovely Shiraz from guest relations who approached and apologized for the inconvenience and offered amenities & a late check out as she knew that I had a long flight the same day, and I needed more rest. In between, the room was beautifully decorated for a honeymoon in which I requested and a complimentary cake was placed n my best flavor, chocolate, was there. My stay at the Residence was exquisite thanks to the smile n service was given by the staff especially Yacine, Omar, Younes n the Shuttle drivers as well. hope to see you soon.

Facilities: very good Hygiene: very good good environment The service was excellent The transportation is very convenient, the breakfast is delicious, the service staff are friendly, the room is very clean, and the sound insulation is good. I ordered it for my colleagues and they loved it

Très bon hôtel. rapport qualité prix imbattable sur Alger. Difficile de trouver mieux. Hotel pas très loin d'Alger centre. Il se trouve juste à côté d'une station de tramway. L’hôtel se trouve dans un quartier populaire assez animé le soir. En ce qui me concerne, ça ne m'a pas empêcher de dormir le soir. L'entrée principale est très jolie est propre. Très bon accueil que ça soit au téléphone pour la réservation ou sur place lors de mon arrivée. J'avais une excellente chambre au 4ème étage avec vue panoramique sur Alger et la mer (merci de m'avoir donné cette chambre). Petit parking gardé non couvert. Chambre spacieuse et propre. J'apprécie la présence du carrelage au lieu des moquettes dans la chambre. Salle de bain spacieuse et propre. Joints de la salle de bain un petit peu jaunis. Les fenêtres de la chambre isole bien. Grande bouteille d'eau offerte + plateau tasses, nescafé et bouilloire. Présence d'un petit frigo dans la chambre. Literie confortable Je trouve la couverture laid et vieille. Les draps sont propres mais ont atteints leurs limite d'utilisation. Leur changement est vivement conseiller. Petit déjeuner varié et complet. Pour info ce dernier est offert. J'ai apprécié la présence des thermos café/lait sur chaque table. Attention : la loi algérienne n'autorise pas les couples non mariés à dormir dans des hôtels. De ce fait, il faut prévoir un document prouvant votre mariage à l’hôtel (Livret de famille, acte de mariage, nom épouse sur passeport). Sinon, le séjour vous sera refusé.

Very good ,clean Hotel. With no exeption All sttaff were amazing and helpfull espesialy Farid recetionist and the housekeeping incharge of 4th floor. I had great time, will definitely will go again also I higly recomend it. Thank you Hotel Roza Team
