The service attitude of the hotel counter staff is very good; the interior of the hotel is clean, but the lights in the room are a bit dim and the air conditioner operates loudly. The breakfast pattern is fixed every day.

A very nice hotel to book if you have a business trip. For a nice price, it comes with everything you will need + a breakfast. Recommended if you don’t want to stay in the city but still have a good access to it

I stayed to spend the night and go to the airport the next day. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The reception service was spectacular and the breakfast was very complete.

Very satisfying place

The hotel is next to the highway, and downstairs is a Jaguar Land Rover store. Parking is available in the yard, about 15 minutes by car from downtown Madrid. There is a Carrefour supermarket around. The room, bedding and bathroom are not bad, clean and comfortable. The photos really have little to do with the hotel, hahaha.

Property is ok, although not very accessible on foot. Front desk staff has terrible attitude. Almost every interaction I had with them was unpleasant (also, I could her while in the lobby I was not the only one having a bad experience). Wouldn’t come back.

This hotel is located in a commercial area with car dealerships and light industry. But it is a nice hotel with a really friendly staff (the desk folks helped us order pizza on the phone) and was comfortable for an overnight stay and flt the next day. About 12k from the airport but surprisingly quiet. Restaurants within walking distance.
