Azak Hotel

Based on a number of reviews, we thought we could reserve this hotel. Not the expectation of super luxury, but on the beach, near the center, with a swimming pool and the food and staff turned out well. What a misery. Sour staff, couldn't say a good morning, understood virtually no English. Everything is outdated. Poor quality food. We had our doubts about some dishes during breakfast, despite having been in Turkey for 30 years. Little choice. Many of the holidaymakers came from Eastern Bloc countries. Putting the towel down at half past five in the morning, and then not using it all day. Arguments in the rooms, even at night. Nothing is said about it. Rooms are cleaned with the French stroke, do not look under the toilet seat. Beds on the beach have to be paid for, while they have parasols from the hotel and are used by hotel guests. The manager is immediately next to your bed and, despite the fact that the beach is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, he already starts folding the umbrellas at 6:00 PM, even if you are still there. Several times we had already paid for our drinks voucher with the "manager" on the beach and this voucher had to be paid again at the reception. We do not understand how this hotel has earned its stars on this site. The stars of various organizations that hang in the hall of the hotel date from 2019. We're not going back. Also considering the price, I think there is something better out there Kindness and hospitality cost nothing and that would have earned a little more credit Furthermore, there is a small, fairly aggressive young boy standing in front of the Spa door, who bites into you and won't let go.
