do not go to this hotel! there is no staff, the only staff there refuses all your services, bothered to serve you or respond to your needs, all bitter and not smiling at all! large swimming pool and beautiful beach but the complex looks abandoned. house keeping does not want to clean the rooms their excuse: the vacuum cleaner is one floor below. we called reception several times to ask for towels but you have to do it 4 times for them to react. they do not know how to make cocktails because "we only have 3 drinks, I do not know how to do that". you eat the same thing all the time. the manager despite our complaints, nothing to change. does not deserve this price and especially not "all inclusive" to avoid!

Everything was amazing the staff is very friendly. The starbuck service at the beach is top and the a la cart restaurant 😍😍 arteka meyhane 💯 thank you all we will come next year hopefully back again. Much loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee to all of youuuu

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dolce Çeşme. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The staff at Dolce Çeşme were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start our day. Geçen sene bu otelde konakladığımız ve memnun kaldığımız için bu yıl da tatilimizi burada geçirmek istedik. Aynı tarihler ve aynı gün sayısı ile, geçen seneye oranla fiyatlara 107% zam gelmesine karşın hizmet kalitesi 107% düşmüş, ayrıca yarım pansiyon konseptten de oda kahvaltıya geçilmiş. İşletmecisi sebebini israfın çok olduğu şeklinde açıklıyor ancak otel doluluğuna göre israf edilmeyecek yiyecek miktarı sunmak da iyi otel işletmeciliği ile ilgili değil midir zaten? Otel konumu nedeniyle araçsız iseniz yeme içme imkanlarına ulaşmanız yürüme mesafesinde değil ve akşam yemeği olmayışı bir çok konuk için zorlayıcı, çünkü otel içindeki işletmelerin fiyatları çok yüksek. Tabii ki belirli kalitede bir işletme iseniz fiyat politikanız da ona göre yüksek olur ancak bu kadar da değil. Bizim aracımız olduğu için akşam yemeklerini merkeze giderek ya da otel içindeki restoranlara bağımlı kalmadan canımızın istediği şekilde çözümledik ancak araçsız gidecekler bir kez daha düşünmeli. Plaj ve deniz bulunduğu koy itibari ile az rüzgar alan ve keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir konumda. Ama... Şemsiyelerin 80%i bozuk, sabitlemeleri yapılmamış, devrilme riski var ki devriliyorlar da zaten. Devrilen şemsiye günlerce olduğu yerde kalıyor, kaldıran görevli yok. Plaj çöpleri alınmıyor. Geçen sene 5 puan olarak değerlendirdiğim otel, bu yıl 2 puan; o da resepsiyondaki, oda temizliğindeki ve kahvaltıdaki personelin ekstra efor ile çalışarak sundukları hizmet için.

Overall the facilities of the hotel were really good. The sea was beautiful and the beach was very clean. The hotel is located by a cove which is definitely an advantage. The pool was never busy or crowded which is very unusual during the peak season of August in Turkey. The only and main downside in this hotel is that the staff lack training. It certainly does not live up to the standards of Hilton and with better staff training and wiser management this place can thrive! I think the staff are doing what they can to the best of their knowledge and have always been polite. I feel there is an issue with management who could benefit from training which could then be passed onto the team at large. Another suggestion is to perhaps add some excitement to the breakfast menu as the same options were on repeat without an exception during our stay. Overall the location of the hotel is good, with 10 mins taxi journey to Alacati central and 20mins to Cesme central. Port Alacati (where sea side restaurants are located and lots of bars and clubs are based) is within walking distance. The food at Antep restaurant was reasonably priced and tasted good. The bar was good and the staff were polite although i would always advise to check the the bill before paying.

1. Oda inspect yapılmadan önce H/K Supervisor'ı kimse odayı ziyaret etmeli. Halıda kan lekesi var yatak üstündeki nevresimler kırışık banyo kısmına bırakılan benefitsler eksik ve kullanılmış olarak karşımıza çıkıyor. Odaya su bırakılmamış resepsiyonu aradığımda belirttiğimde tamam diye cevap alıyorum ama her hangi bir iyileştirme göremiyorum. 2. Otel içerisinde bulunan Antep Restaurantı havuz kısmına deli gibi koku veriyor kendimi Alaçatıya dinlenmeye değil Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinde havuzlu bir otele gitmiş gibi hissettim. Yemek yedik gerçekten yemezsiniz siz eğer misafir olarak gitseniz yemezsiniz. İngilizce menü soruyoruz ama yok diye cevap alıyoruz anlatabilir misiniz diyoruz ingilizce bilme oranı yok denecek kadar az sonuç olarak bu uluslararası bir firmanın ismini taşıyan bir işletme içerisinde bulunan tesislerinde buna göre hareket etmesi gerekiyor. Menüden yiyecek ve içecek soruyoruz var cevabı geliyor ardından yok kalmamış diye cevap alıyoruz.Oda hesabına işleyebilir misiniz diyorum yok diye cevap alıyorum ama işin komik kısmı kesilen adisyonda otelin amblemi ve ismi yazıyor. Fatura istiyorum pos cihazından çıkan bilgi fişini veriyorlar fatura bu diyorlar hayır bu değil ben bunu nasıl kanıtlayabilirim bana muhasebenizin fatura kesmesi gerekir diyorum elinizde ki adisyon işte onu verin diyorlar olmaz diyorum tamam bi bakalım diyorlar baktıkları yok ayrıca bunun için zaten vergi dairesine bildirimde bulundum. Resepsiyona gidiyorum durumu sormaya anlamaya aaaa evet oda hesabına eklenmiyor size söylemedi mi arkadaşlarımız normalde söylerler diye cevap alıyorum ilgileniyorum deniliyor ama ilgilenilmiyor. Gerçekten merak ediyorum o güzelim tesisin hak sahipleri bu durumları görmüyorlar mı veya gidip ya yerinde bakalım. otelimiz, müşteri portföyü nasıl diye bir düşünce yok mu tabelayı as al sana otel böyle bir şey yok yazık kendinize yazık milli serveti hiç ediyorsunuz. 3.Oda servisini kullanıyoruz kahvaltı sipariş ettim normalde odaya işlenir ben bunu böyle biliyorum hadi öyle olmuyor ben yanlış biliyorum diyelim bu bilgi bizimle paylaşılmıyor fatura isteseniz yok çalışan arkadaşlara soruyorsunuz bilmiyoruz sorup öğreneyim diyorlar her halde bu bilgi kendilerinde kalıyor. ayramın ilk günü için Doubletree by Hilton Çeşme Alaçatı Resort otele tek gecelik bir rezervasyon yaptırdık. Gelmeden önce kötü yorumların ve düşük puanın farkındaydık ancak bu sene işleticinin değişmesi ve bir Hilton oteli ne kadar kötü olabilir diyerek rezervasyonu oluşturduk. Otele ilk giriş yapmamızla beraber terslikler başladı. 3 yetişkin olarak yaptırdığımız rezervasyona rağmen odaya girdiğimizde iki kişilik yatak şoku ile karşılaştık. Hemen odaya yerleşmeden resepsiyonu bilgilendirdik ve en kısa sürede ek yatağın odaya getirileceği söylendi. (Hiçbir şekilde getirilmedi) Odaya gelirsek, oldukça eksi bakımsız ve pis bir manzarayla karşılaştık. Lekeli masa ve sehpalar, tozlu yatak başlığı, lekeli sandalye döşemesi, yapış yapış bir tuvalet kapısı… Minibarın içinde saç vardı. Banyoda tuvalet kağıdı dahi yoktu, sonrasında talep ettiğimizde getirildi. Elimizi yıkamak için sabun dahi yoktu. Yüz yıkama sabunu ile ellerimizi yıkadık. Lavaboda sabunu koyacak bir yer dahi yok. Kağıt havlu yok. Sonradan getirilen tuvalet kağıdı ile ellerimizi kuruladık. Oda temizliği kısmı gerçekten inanılmaz vasat. Sonrasında odadaki kötü manzaraya rağmen yine de bir ümitle havuz ve deniz için odadan ayrıldık. Otelde çok anlamsız bir durum var. Baktığınızda bina yeni ve bakımlı gibi gözüküyor, havuzlar büyük, sahil bandı geniş. Ancak işletmecilik kısmı tam bir fiyasko. Yaklaşık 15 dakika plaj havlusunu nereden alacağımızı bulmaya çalıştık. Bulduğumuzda ise söylenen yerde havlu yoktu. O kadar az personel ve deneyimsiz personel var ki… Personele bir şey soruyorsunuz ben bugün başladım bilmiyorum diyor. Tekrar uzun bir yol yürüyüp lobiye dönmek zorundasınız personel için. İki büyük havuzdan biri çok pis. Suyun dibi dahi gözükmüyor. Zaten bir kişi dahi girmiyordu. Kullanıma kapalıysa en azından bir uyarı asın. Hiçbir bilgilendirme yoktu. Plaj kısmı ise halk plajından farksız. İnanılmaz bir kargaşa var. Nereye kimin oturduğu belli değil. Şemsiyeler kırık. Buradaki personel de yine aynı şekilde çok bilgisiz. Deniz ise temiz ve güzeldi. Belki de bu otelin tek güzel yanı denizi. Ancak oldukça soğuk olduğunu unutmayın. Sıcaklığa alıştıktan sonra yüzmesi keyifliydi. Denizde geçirdiğimiz bir saatin ardından odamıza dinlenmek için geri döndük ve odamıza ek yatak halen gelmemişti. Dinlenmek için biraz uzandık ve uykuya dalmışken kapımız çaldı. Ek yatak geldi diye sevinirken elinde iki adet buzlu bardak bulunan bir hanımefendi buz istemişsiniz dedi. Dalga geçer eder gibi ek yatak beklerken buz geldi. Sonrasında akşam yemeği saati geldi. Ek yatağımız halen gelmemişti. Tekrar lobiye uğrayarak ek yatak talebimizi ilettik. Biraz sonra getireceğiz dediler. Biz de doğal olarak yemek için ana restoran olarak tahmin ettiğimiz yere gittik. Ama bir insan bile yoktu. Havuzbaşında bir antep sofrası adlı bir yer vardı, ki burada sadece tek kişi bulunuyordu ( o da yemek yiyordu görevli yoktu) , bir de balık restoranı vardı. Biz lobiye gidip sorduk. İki seçenek var ya balık ya et restor

Bayram tatilinin ilk dört günü konaklama yaptık.Aslinda check in yaptığımızın ertesi gunu check out yapmak istedik ama bir gün sonra check out yapıp başka bir tesise yonlendirilebilecegimiz söylenince kalan 2 gün de heba olmasın diye hilton da devam kararı aldık. Otelin güzel yanı odaların güzel dekore edilmiş olması ve denizinin çok güzel olması. Ancak otelde ciddi bir işletmecilik ve hizmet eksikliği mevcut.Daha otele girer girmez anlıyorsunuz. Otel de fitness salonunu sorduğunuzda kimse düzgün tarif edemiyor.otelin içindeki mekanlar ayrı işletmelere verilmiş.odaya birsey yazdiramiyorsunuz, hep yanınızda cuzdan taşımak zorundasınız. İlk akşam otelde yemek istedik, Antep lokantasında oturduk, A4 kağıtta ve arkası et lekesi olmuş bir menü verdiler.Findik lahmacun fiyatını da görünce hemen kalktık, alacati da en azından hak eden bir yerde yemeğimizi yedik. Ertesi gün kahvalti salonu tam bir curcunaydi.Yetmeyen masalar, temizlenmemis masalar, biten ve yenilenmeyen kahvaltılık ürünler, olmayan çay, kahve standı, bunun yerine orada duran ıslak kirli temizlik bezi... gerçekten kötüydü. Seyahat firmalarının bu oteli portfoylerinden kaldirmalarini öneririm.ciddi bir ödeme yapıp hiçbir hizmet alamadığınız bir otel.

Hotel like home, warm welcome, nice food, very warm and good hearted team. We were helped with everything we asked for. Good sized room, a lot of walking areas, beautiful beach and crystal clear sea. Water sports as wind and kite surf - schools for adults and children in short distance. We spent beautiful quiet family holiday. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel does not deserve to be a Hilton, as in every aspect it does not live up to its standards. This is a hotel that opened for the summer season, while neither staff nor the facilities were ready. Avoid by all means! Everything in this hotel is a little bit broken. It is an old hotel, fixed-up here and there, putting the logo of Hilton, and trying to provide Hilton services, but failing miserably at it! Noone speaks English!! Hotel Management Hotel has serious management issues, while staff appears to do their best, they simply lack the necessary training and motivation. Asked to speak to hotel manager/owner several times (someone called Fikret bey?), and our requests were simply ignored. Staff across services, wear mismatching uniforms, so you can’t really tell who is who. You get this feeling that you are being cheated, and lied to during whole stay at this hotel. During our stay I saw many disgruntled guests complaining about one thing or the other, and not happy how management of the hotel dealt with it. Check-in/Check-out From check-in, the rooms that we booked were not provided. Promised to separate the bed later, or provide another room - this never happened during 10 days of our stay, despite checking with reception regularly, so lying everyday right into your face. During check-out one of the receptionists told us that the hotel manager/owner did not want to change any rooms, even if the rooms were available! I paid my bill the night before the check-out - in the morning they first tell me I owe for another night, after a bit of discussion they tell me they owe me for one night, but after another 20 minutes - that the bill is settled). Housekeeping/Cleaning The rooms are dirty as it is, mold in the bathroom, and not cleaned regularly and thoroughly even after repeated requested. On some days our rooms very simply not cleaned, on others, no towels were provided. Don't look under your bed, you will be shocked! Spa/Gym Dysfunctional overall, the steam room was permanently locked, sauna would always be off, and would be turned on, only after repeated requests. You are not allowed in the Hamam most of the time, as it is used to provide private services (massages, etc.). Spa services are advertised while booking, but in reality, you can’t really use them! The receptionist, while smoking a cigarette, will tell you she does not know anything, and I should speak to the reception about this. Food/Restaurants Breakfast is ok, but same food every-day, and choice is limited. Fresh juices are not available, and what’s provided is from a concentrate mixed up with water (right on the table, they put the juice machine with a large water bottle next to it!). The beach restaurant staff are not professional, and mixed up or orders all the time, and had arguments and brawls in front of guests. Beach restaurant is super expensive! Order of two sets of french fries and chicken strips (like 3-4 pieces), with some sodas etc, will cost you around 60$!

We stay a few nights at this hotel and had an excellent experience. I am extremely picky with my hotels and I have written my fair share of bad reviews in the past. This hotel definitely doesn’t deserve rating that is less than 5 stars. I highly recommend this hotel. All of the staff work very hard to ensure the guests are comfortable. I like to recognize the following staff members: 1. Sahar (receptionist), greeted us with a very warm welcome and gave us an early check in. 2. Umut (bellboy), was always asking us if we need anything. 3. Oyku (breakfast server), was always very attentive. 4. Buse (bartender), knew that every morning I would like some ice is the thermos that I made my tea. She immediately had the ice ready every time that she saw me. 5. Cumali (housekeeping), always had our room prepared with how we had asked once. 6. Mehmet (fish restaurant manager), always ensured that we had the best service. 7. Mehmet (security guard), was every polite. I spent some time with him walking around the courtyard and he explained what the different plant were. 8. Safiye (receptionist), was always kind and attended to our requests with a smile. 9. Buket (hotel manager), is doing her best to make the hotel a perfect place. I would work late at night from the lobby on my laptop. She noticed a few times that o was super tired and orders complimentary coffees for me.

We are still at the hotel, It doesnt not live up to Hilton standarts.☹️ And shall start off with positive things about the hotel, location, garden pool and beach. But the service has made this stay quite unpleasant I will not come back for sure! The staff is friendly but not trained nor qualified. The beach staff and restaurant is the worst ( I mean it) the management I have seen so far in my life. The food never came yesterday, today we were charged two sepetate prices for the same brand of rose!!!!😡😡😡😡 I have more like nobody knows who takes the order , wait 1 hour for a glass of OJ. Breakfast is so so but please dont drink coffee.. any decent hotel should be able to make decent black coffee no nescafe please! Well please choose another place to stay if you r with kids, and would love to keep your sanity. I really feel for the staff who had to listen to me since yesterday :( Ps. You cant charge anything to your room so have to go around the beach and pool with your wallet , very safe 🤨

I was horrible disappointed when I saw the place first as they say Marina Alacati I would say SWAMP Alacati, in such a beautiful place to do unnatural Marina will be disaster for the Nature for the Planet but people don’t understand that is why the Planet is taking the price. When you open a window it’s smells on disgusting pipes which is very disappointing. In such a beautiful place they are doing residences and taking the water around the houses imitating Venecia and after they will get smell on pipe instead of beautiful nature. Alacati as a place is beautiful historic but unfortunately not clean which is sad they are cleaning and making look beautiful the hotels but outside of the hotels terrible. I was so exited to have nice time there but we left in only 2 days. Most cold sea water we have ever been so if you like to go be ready for that. Not recommend for families. We stayed in Double treeby Hilton Alacati and supposed to be a beautiful hotel so do not ignore the bad comments it’s really true it’s a disgusting bad smelly hotel and they do not doing nothing to change or the room or something else. They simply don’t care about your stay like ,they think you don’t have better choice so you have to stay, sorry yes I do have choice my car and straight back. The bathroom smells terrible we asked the receptionist to do something or to change the room he said sorry the technician said is everything fine. no English no communication or very bad communication. the first day beach horrifying stay most disgusting beach they do not clean the place the beach chairs never cleaned, tables, broken umbrellas, next to the hotel under construction residence probably they do not want to do anything now because of that. Breakfast nothing special they don’t have inside restaurant so you need to eat outside, was not bad but because is not clean so you are not sure if what you eat is clean. Staff in the restaurants breakfast and Antep Sofrasi, lobby bar very friendly and helpful they just run to do their job and they love to do it but unfortunately they where very few I guess the owner thinks they have 4 hands. The day we decided to leave 2 days before our plan we saw one man and one lady speaking with some girl about the hotel guests and not sure what they were speaking but I am almost sure they were the owners and laughing about the guests making jokes stupid old disgusting people. How you dare to make a comments for your guests that is very rude and disrespectful, unfortunately wealth is not in money but in culture which you do not have. that's why you don't have guests. We saw just one lady who was just in shock as we were why the hotel is in such a bad condition. She was waiting for a table to eat her breakfast and there was no table, after she went to drink coffee and no Turkish coffee on breakfast she was in shock as we were. In Turkey and no Turkish coffee, but we paid 250euro per night to smell Alacati Marina swamp . No thank you stay with your gar
