We are two friends and had booked two single rooms but the Hotel had booked us one double room. They wanted to put a rollaway bed in but we said no. They weren't apologetic, we had to wait for ages and our poor driver ended up with another 30 minute drive to get us I to another hotel.

Had a memorable stay here,Everyone in my family loved the hospitality at the hotel rooms as well as the food area. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would love to come back with family here. Will definitelý recommend others to visit Orange Hotel.

Kudos 🎉 to the top three people who made my stay a wonderful one.Richard- at the front desk, Yathin -Restaurant Manager and Rajendra - security.Each one truly deserves a praise in displaying their sheer sense of remarkable hospitality with regards to room upgrade ( a beautiful bath tub room for me and my daughter), a wholesome food service especially a scrumptious palate of Khichdi by Yathin - Restaurant manager and an excellent presence of mind by Rajendra - security ,who called in a safe mode of transport at the n th minute for my journey in the wee hours of morning and made sure my farewell was a good one.Just sending best wishes🍀 to the team of 🧡 Orange as you guys have made my Agra stay a memorable one.As a woman traveling with her daughter, trust me every minute detail counts ❣️💐...

I had made a last minute booking. I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The stay was good. Everything from checkin and checkout was taken care of smoothly. Since we came from delhi in our own car, we were also able to park it with the vallet.The Dinner and breakfast buffet was yummy. Very family friendly and couple friendly hotel.All the time we felt welcomed and safe.

Excellent stay, smooth check-in. Friendly and attentive staff. Best Hotel to stay. Good service and delicious food. Will visit again. Calm and good atmosphere. Restaurant department was aware for hygiene and good sanitization. Spacious rooms with proper supplies

Nope...total disappointing...the lobby was having a weird smell...I had booked for my 2 kids and tariffs were discussed accordingly but I had to take only one kid ..but they did not budge on tariff reduction and tried to include dinner etc etc and were a total confusion...upon my arrival the power went off and the room boys took my luggage to the first floor and upon asking they said as if they were trying to do me a favour saying it's only first floor u can walk ..tht was rude...

Services were pathetic and staff argued when feedback provided on food. No place for drivers to stay even after discussed this in advance. It's not value for money with the services they offered. With such big hotels good food is the least can be expected.

My stay on 15th & 16th June 2024 was amazing . I stayed in suite room which was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. From Check in , to Food & Beverages , location of hotel and Staff hospitality was amazing. Special call out to the F&B manager Govind who was an epitome of hospitality and great customer service . Overall Hotel is value for money and one of the best hotels in Agra for its location , comfort, food and Staff hospitality.
