The best experience ever. I can only highly recommend it. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. Very exclusive experience and time. Very clean, service and facilities are of exceptional quality and standard. Restaurant and food was also excellent.

One of the best hotel which i have stayed in my life . Luxury, royal , gold , everything realted to luxury you will find it in this hotel , concierge Ms Anastasia definitely you should ask about her she is so nice and helpful 24 hr available for your service and everything is on your mobile just write on whatsapp and immediately you will receive your request. Thanks anastasia . Mr surgey front desk is so cooperating with your request thanks surgety . Last but not least the GM Mr Tovmas met me personally and guarantee my pleasure stay . Even on the check out he was there to say bye . I recommend everyone for this hotel . I have a lot to say about this hotel really i will be back again if this team will be there only .

Nice place, service, everything is fine, but the condition of the heated towel rail, for example, leaves much to be desired, there are smudges on the floor. I would start fixing such little things now, so that later it would not result in a loss of attractiveness. Breakfast/lunch and dinner are excellent, staff attitude is unbeatable

Excellent hotel, no comments. Everything from the location, interiors, services, service is at the highest level. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Many thanks to the hotel team, they even congratulated us on my belated birthday (it was the day before). We took the superior standard with a view of the courtyard. The room is very large with a work area (an elegant desk), with a large window from which there was an excellent view of the nice buildings of Polyana 960 and the mountains. The SPA center is large with a lot of pleasant services, I took the floating procedure - it was unusual, cool, I slept great, as promised. Swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The breakfasts are excellent, again with stunning views. The ski lifts are within walking distance, it’s very convenient to go down to 540 for a walk and go up to 2200, go for a ride or sit in a restaurant, a bistro at an altitude. The hotel has a "What to do" service, it was convenient - we took tickets to the husky center and a quad bike ride (they took us to the Novotel landing for free in an electric car). Thanks to the hotel, we received a chic, calm, comfortable, interesting vacation and aesthetic pleasure. Thank you! We'll be back!

So amazingly good that it’s almost unusual! I never cease to admire the infrastructure of the resort and hotel, the work of the team, from junior employees to management. Every request is fulfilled with important clarifying questions and on time, the reception is always interested in the accommodation. Special thanks to the administrator Matvey and the concierge Eduard for their courtesy and attention to detail! We will definitely come back here in winter

So our two weeks of holiday in the magnificent "RIXOS" have ended. Chic, spacious room with two balconies and mountain views. Thank you for the perfect cleaning of the room. Snow-white and crisp bed linen, which is a pleasure to sleep on. The bathroom always has a full set of very pleasant L'occitane cosmetics. Breakfast is a special pleasure. There is a lot of everything, tasty and with love. A variety of omelettes, eggs Benedict, baked vegetables, fried pike perch and chicken fillet, cheesecakes, pancakes and my favorite cherry jam (pitted). Special thanks to Anna for her care and every morning oriental coffee (with Turkish delight and a glass of cold water). Shout out to all the laundry workers for their hard work. Everything is perfectly clean, ironed, smells delicious and on time. Of course I would like to mention the fantastic SPA. A large swimming pool, three separate ones with hydromassage, different baths, a real Turkish hammam. Try "floating" - an indescribable feeling. Thank you to Irina and Anna at the SPA reception for your care, smiles and good mood. There are many different restaurants on the mountain, but in most cases we preferred ours at the hotel. Salad of the freshest vegetables, crispy red mullet, chicken cutlets with mashed potatoes from the children's menu and various delicious herbal teas. Also special thanks to Chris and Elizabeth. And of course, I would like to mention the concierge service even more separately. A buggy ride in the mountains, a boat trip on a yacht, or getting a bouquet of gorgeous, incredibly smelling roses in a short time by 8:30 - that's all. Thank you very much to Veronica and Eduard! I definitely recommend it. Come to Rixos and get an unforgettable experience!

Very pleased. We vacationed in the summer, a family of 4 with small children. Service, staff. The size of the rooms, breakfast - everything is at a high level. Nice spa area and children's pool, although quite small. We were trekking in the summer, we'll be back in the winter

Luxurious hotel, very cool staff, stayed for a couple of days, had no worries. Everyone is very kind and responsive, all issues were resolved in a matter of minutes. Cool buffet and à la carte restaurants. Immediately obvious, 5 stars

Good day everyone! We chose the Rixos Hotel at altitude 960 to celebrate a birthday for a few days. Above all expectations. Excellent swimming pool with sauna/steam/salt room (during our stay the hammam was under reconstruction). Breakfast at the hotel is very, very good, variety + freshness of products + beautiful presentation, the waiters are all bunnies: courteous, polite and seemingly invisible, but always there to offer help. I would like to especially mention Marina Pavlovna on the line with omelettes and pancakes, charming, sweet, many thanks to her for her work and attention to the guests. Waiter Tatyana, our heart is with you. I admit, having read some reviews before the trip, there were fears that we would not be comfortable, that the place was pretentious and cold, complete nonsense, care and attention in everything. Thanks Rixos!

A wonderful hotel, like all Rixos. Huge beautiful rooms. Delicious and varied food. Cool and helpful staff. It is located in a very picturesque location, right next to the hotel there are ski slopes, in the summer there are many eco-trails and mountain bike trails. The hotel has a good spa complex.

Excellent combination of price and quality (booked back in August)), rooms that provide everything for a quality holiday. We ordered dinner from the restaurant to our room, everything was also at the same level and at an adequate price. Birthday compliment from the hotel 🍰. A wonderful spa area, the only thing that disappointed there was the hammam under reconstruction ((I love this particular type of steam room☺️Breakfasts are decent in quality and variety. Of the minuses for breakfast - the main restaurant Sparx, where breakfasts were supposed to take place, was closed (because of this there was overcrowding and according to the arrangement of dishes and the number of guests in the proposed replacement Crystal restaurant, it was possible to bring food to the nearby Layali, but this is inconvenient. The hotel staff really shows care and personal attention, it is felt and very pleasant. Thank you for your stay!

Nice hotel, good service, but I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms (it was clear that the carpet had not been vacuumed well, and the bathroom was not very good either). And the shower stall was poorly designed - the shower head is at waist level, which is inconvenient. Good varied breakfasts. Delicious restaurant in the hotel (I ordered in-room dining, large portions, delicious).

In November 2023, we celebrated our anniversary with our friends. Such pleasant service, relaxation, service! We are delighted!!! Compliment from the chef, congratulations from the host company!! All at the highest level!!! Our special thanks to the waiter Ksenia. We had a great time!!
