The hotel breakfast was great! There was a wide variety of salads to choose from. However I don’t want to stay again… location was really nice. If you stay just one day I recommend you.

We have atayed here well over 15 times over the last 3 years. It is not the newest of most glamour 5 star hotel but certainly the best in so far as service, care, attention and the old style 5 star charm that Egyptian hospitality is best at. The hotel is NOT in a tourist area and is in the heart of Cairo so you get the real city with shops, kiosks and all the amenities within 2 or 3 minutes walk, The hotel breakfast is the best in Cairo and be sure to ask for Hela, she is incredible, The hotle that always fees like home for us - stay in real Cairo

This was a GREAT place to vacation in Cairo. The location was on the river in view of pyramids from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived HOURS before check-in and they just went ahead and gave us a room. I was shocked! I will def. be staying here again in the future. I have no complaints, no suggestions for improvement. Everything was beyond my expectation.

The hotel is indeed an old five-star hotel. Although the facade is not big, the lobby is lively and rich. Security check is required when entering the door. Want a big bed room is gone. . But the room was clean and the front desk was good. It is very convenient to go to the Nile for 10 minutes. You can see the city on the terrace. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The location is good.

Hotel is relatively clean and new. Bed and towels are normal. Location convenient: on the first floor a good Yemeni restaurant, next to a good cafe, subway is close. The main attractions of Cairo are equally far from the hotel. From the air conditioning system, it is awful to carry cigarette smoke if there is a possibility - do not turn on the air conditioner. Walking distance to the Nile and not too far from the Egyptian Museum. The hotel is dated. I worried about the electrical safety of some of the appliances. The lamp wires had been damaged and taped back together. The fridge in the room was very dirty. The staff are friendly.
