Accra is a very cost-effective business hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is made of Western food, which is more in line with Chinese tastes. The room is not small and quite spacious. The security work of the hotel is also very good.

It is a simple hotel, everything is a little dated. You must certainly not have high expectations. The rooms are full with furniture you don't have to do with. There is a TV air-conditioning telephone and refrigerator present in the rooms. The air-conditioning room was not good and water was leaked, the shower was not so fine, the shower head was so forward and the walls were so dirty, especially the inside of the bathroom door. We got another larger room, this was better decorated but here too all dust and dead animals in the corners. There were cattle lakes around. Wifi was free but not always as strong and good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very simple two toasts and a delicious omelet with pot tea and juice from a suit. They have a restaurant with a good Lebanese kitchen, first ask what they have. Not everything is present. They make the food fresh that you will try, you will have to wait very long. Because of price I usually stay here and it was okay so far but today when I tried to extend a couple of more nights, the staff told me you haven’t paid for last night. I was totally confused because I already paid 11 nights at first day when I checked in. But they said I paid only 10 nights. The truth was “hotel changed rates” without telling me after I checked in and made me I haven’t paid enough!!! Even hotel made me done but they made a crap that I asked to extend one night yesterday. I was sooo confused because I didn’t go to reception and the staff said she wasn’t at reception yesterday. she just made a story to adjust rate change. It’s understandable if hotel decide to change rate, yes, then hotel should have told me in advance. No need to make a story! So uncomfortable! チェックインした時に全額支払い、チェックアウト日に数日延長をしたいと伝えると、１泊分支払いが不足していると言われました。おかしいなと思い話を聞くと、勝手にレートを変えられてたようで、ホテルの記録上、チェックアウト日は合っているのに、1日少なく支払ったことになってました。普通に考えてチェックインの時に全額支払うのだから、なんであえて1日少なく払うのって感じなんですけどね。 受付の方からは”昨日あなたが受付にきて、1泊延長したいと言いましたよね”と言われ、私は受付にも行ってないし延長の話もしていないと話すと、”いや、きたよ”との繰り返し。 おそらくチェックイン対応した人が私のレートを間違ってしまったから、記録上は正しいレートにしたんでしょうけど、それならそうとちゃんと誠実に話してくれたらそのレートで支払うのに、嘘をつかれるなんてびっくりです。 チェックインを対応した人及びマネージャーと話をしたいと言って一旦は終えましたが、レートを勝手に変えて支払っていないようにするなんて恐ろしすぎます！

My family and I had a lovely stay, there were 5 of us sharing a 3 bedroom Air BNB apartment - we had two bathrooms/toilets, one was ensuite. The rooms led onto a balcony and were spacious, airy and light. Our contact for booking the apartment was with Mr Eliphaz and during our stay, any concerns or questions we had, Christopher or Patience were always at the other end of the phone or on site to assist. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, TV, fridge, cooker, microwave, air conditioning etc. All in good working condition. The apartment was cleaned daily and we were provided with clean towels, daily as well. The property had a restaurant on site, 2 swimming pools, gym which were all part of our package. We also had breakfast included, you could eat in the restaurant or have it delivered to your apartment. The atmosphere overall was brilliant, especially at night. Embassy gardens is conveniently located next to all the restaurants at Labone. Easy location for Uber drivers to find as well. Property has a reception area always manned and a security person at the main entrance 24/7. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. We all had a great stay and are hoping to revisit again very soon and also recommend to family and friends.

Except that Ctrip's price is a bit expensive, the hotel is very good and the room is a bit damp. Everything else is excellent and the waiters are very easy to deal with. It's very close to the airport, just a ten-minute walk. Remember, the international airport is in the T3 terminal, close to the hotel. Turn left when exiting the hotel from the airport parking lot.

We returned to Accra from other parts of Ghana for one night prior to flying home. We stayed at Frankie's because our previous hotel (Urbano) was booked. Many of the things I noted in the review of Urbano apply to Frankie's - well located on Oxford Road. The room at Frankie's was the largest we had in Accra. Also the wi-fi was the best we had. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator in the hotel. The entrance is up a flight of stairs from the street -- this makes it probably a bit quieter than Urbano though less accessible for some. The breakfast is served in the restaurant in the hotel. It is included with the room. It is not a buffet; one selects from a menu. Nonetheless it was very good. We were very pleased with Frankie's
