Well located and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. Located just across the road from the free shuttle bus to the Yas Island attractions. Room was very nicely laid out and spacious and had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and golf course.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, exploring Yas island theme parks with my family, the hotel was under renovation, I booked a room with marine drive view, but I don't think this hotel has this category as per location of the hotel, they upgraded me to sea and pool view, rooms are okay and bathroom was not so comfortable, u get hot water even when we turn for cold water, anyway that is all manageable, breakfast was good, pool was amazing, please take a note that they allow only swimsuit in the pool, not swimsuit material dress, all good and recommend.

Rooms needs renovation, I booked one night only as I had a long transit, otherwise it would not be possible to stay longer. Upon checking in, they couldn’t find my reservation, and had to wait for more than 30 minutes, then the manager told me it’s better not to wait more in the lobby and asked me to pay the room fees just in case they couldn’t find it, in the morning they confirmed my reservation and refunded me the amount

This is the first time that we go to Dubai with a family trip. Radisson is a great and prefect hotel. It was a comfortable stay. The staff is so nice and helpful. Especially I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Christine who is kind and compassionate person. The hotel has a great Belgian Beer Cafe with great beers on tap. Make sure you head there during happy hour. The Pio is nice with comfy cabanas. The breakfast was awesome.

We extended our stay for another day but I can only say that I wish I could've stayed longer! The overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, clean and spacious rooms, the restaurants were superb, friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at this hotel. There was a delay in the reception upon check-in probably due to lots of guests but the whole stay experience was great. Good facilities and service and breakfast was nice. The hotel view also is nice. We enjoyed also the the swimming pool. Overall great experience.

Hotel is located on Yas Island, which is convenient to the airport and to ADGM and to Louvre Abu Dhabi. Nice views at this location. Breakfast was good, but ended a little early, 10:00AM. Service was very spotty. I had eaten at one of the restaurants on site my first night here and the restaurant provided a go bag for the next day for the large portion that I did not finish. the food, Mexican was actually good, and I do recommend it. At 9:30PM the 2nd night of my stay I called the front desk to ask them to heat my food. There was a microwave in the Exec lounge down the hall and in the kitchen of the hotel and the manager stated that an associate would pick up my food shortly. At 10:15PM no one had arrived and I called again. Finally, the food was picked up at 10:30PM. At 11:15PM I called and inquired where my food was. At 11:30PM my food was returned unheated. The attendant could not explain why it was not heated. This is simply unacceptable for a Radisson. I informed management both immediately and in the morning. They stated they would look into it. Simply awful service. No response or result from management. The gym is nice but the gym restrooms have standing water nearby and one must walk through the water to use the restroom. I alerted management to it but I didn't understand why it wasn't being repaired along with rest room fixtures that were not working, i.e. sink, urinal. The hotel seems designed for tourists from South Asia with reasonable prices but not designed for those in town for business at the ADGM or art goers heading to Louvre. Large amounts of guests were frequently checking in and out and it would appear the hotel is not designed for frequent Radisson guests, unfortunately.
