I would like to thank you for all the commitment and professionalism that you have shown, especially by the officials Carla Costa and D. Luísa, who are very friendly and very generous professionals, and who have made a special request for a birthday. The two officials made everything to make the surprise happen in the idealized parameters, and made everything they could to make the room available for the anniversary of the moment when they arrived at the hotel.
