Quiet and peaceful! We had booked three rooms for two nights to attend a family wedding. All three rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The road noise and aeroplanes flying overhead was well managed by the hotel. The hotel corridors were the quietest Premier Inn corridors anywhere! We had two wonderful nights sleep. Special shout out to the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful to us. Thank you

It Was the most beautiful holiday, good view, good food and hotel. Soon i would go again . The room was very clean and nice , a lot of Shops . Foood very complete , the hotel very friendly and a nice People. 5 stars for this hotel. Good wheather and love :)

Perfect.All good.,no problems.Room was clean............Brilliant staff.Will definitely be staying again in the future................LOVE PUTNEY. A small mini fridge would be great.We enjoied stayng............. See you soon.

The room itself was very clean and a comfortable bed, however the bathroom was rather unpleasant. I needed a walk in shower and the bathroom was wheelchair accessible and very much in need of refurbishment, as it had grubby lower tiles and discoloured attachments suitable for a person with disability.

Don't be put off by the outside of the building. It doesn't look inviting but is better on the inside. The staff were all friendly & the room was comfortable. As a bed for the night it was as expected

For us the location is ecellent. The breakfast is ok as is the restaurant. The room was dated needing refurbishment. WIFI was poor

Room 65's bathroom is really concerning, it has: Rusty shower rails Black mould ceiling Big red stain on thr floor Brown streaks stain in a neatly folded towel. Exhaust not working or none at all Staff on shift during our stay 9th August, 10th august are all miserable
