Staying here for 2 days. This hotel has a tropical concept, a lot of tree and the lobby lounge was comfy to hang out. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Next visit, absolutely will staying here. Recommended

Near Sumenep Museum Keraton (Sumenep empire museum) just next to this hotel. I have been visit Sumenep many times but just realized when I stayed in this hotel and the view of my room was the museum. You will have the mountain view even just in the second floor. If You are a Traveler who need a clean and tidy linen, spacious room with a real international standard hotel, i can guaranteed thia hotel is very recommended to you. The security very friendly and doing his double job as the concierge but i really can feel his efforts like a 5 stars concierge. He run to directing the parking, open the door of the lobby, even offering his self to bring the luggages to our room. Front office staff so warmy, and He worked smoothly. We just booked our reservation from Traveloka at the same night and He did it so fast to give us the room key. We was stayed at #203. To be honest I was shocked about the price with the facilities and a vancy room and confy bed they have, with approx. $20 or 275K IDR you will get a vancy hotel like this, for me it is so ”wow'. the House keeping need to maintain the cleaness of the toilet. I was found yellow cracks in each corner of their shower floor. The smell of the floor from the park ramp to the lobby also so stink. even the toilet near the pool also very poor maintain. They have a simple buffet breakfast as well on the weekend. The price is 2 stars but the facilities is 4 stars.. Over all, I feel grateful of this hotel. welldone The Baghraff Hotel.. I think this is the best hotel for right now at Madura Area. I'm coming for holiday with my family and i'm stay 1 night at azana style Madura. Complete facility Restaurant , Pool & Gym And breakfast menu ia very varied. Friendly staff reception and Security when first entering lobby. Spacious and clean room

We are tourists from Australia staying in Surabaya. We had organized a day trip to Pamekasan looking to find local Batik industries. We were wondering about lunch and toilet facilities and did some research on the internet ... coming up with the Front One Hotel. What a great find. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Toilets were spotless and equipped with toilet paper !!! We had a quick snack lunch. The food was good and there was no questioning the hygiene standards. The staff were friendly and attentive. We looked at some of the rooms. They were small but very well presented and great value for money. It can be challenging finding good accommodation and acceptable food in outlying areas of Indonesia ...... Well done Front One management and staff.

The cottage is comfortable, well equipped, a little noisy because it is near the big jqlan. But still comfortable to live. The design of the floating house is good. I like the pedestrians in front of the cottage in the middle of the pool.
