ErinL: Really nice show and well worth seeing if you are in Yangshou. Tips! - Don't get the expensive tickets for better seats. The show is on the water and everyone can see clearly. I got C tickets (the cheapest ones) and could see just fine. Also, if someone tries to sell you discounted tickets outside the location, they are legit! I was really wary of these people at first but they are Yangshou locals who get heavily discounted tickets. So they can purchase the ticket on your behalf for less than the going rate and they keep the difference. Good for you, good for them!

Jupert V: The cablecar starts your journey to the top of the mountain. Then you will be greeted by a beautiful scenery of the wooden bridge and the glass bridge. You first need to climb to the peak of the mountain and twirl humming “The hills are alive with sound of music” (credits to the all-time legendary movie). After taking some photos, you may go down the path to the glass bridge and pay for entrance (¥5/person) and take your shoe covers to avoid slippery walks and marks on the glass. Just keep your ticket where you pay for shoe covers because your not done. You can show the same ticket and head to a lounge and go to its side to access another route of the glass bridge where you’ll walk in the side of the mountain. After that, your journey ends back to the cablecar and head back down to exit. 1 hour is enough to enjoy the view and thrill yourself walking on the glass bridge.
