The Hotel shows five stars! The room had no wifi whatsoever, although they showed three different wifi lans. Attempts to bridge this gap with mobile hotspots were not helpful. Noises from other rooms were audible, which means a bad noise insulation. Worst of all was that there was first only boiling hot water in the bathroom. This was due to the fact that all cold water supplies were closed. Still after opening them ourselves, one of the two lavatories cold water regulator was not functional. Shocking was that the shower was switching from regulated 38 degrees Celsius to suddenly boiling hot water and then to ice cold water. This made showering an unpleasant not to say dangerous encounter! You judge if this Hotel deserves the five star rating. Our attempt to communicate the shortcomings was prompted with the statement that the maintenance technicians had left! (???)

The best hotel in Germany. The western restaurant on the second floor is especially amazing. You need to make reservations in advance at night. The details of the service are great. The hotel is the official designated accommodation hotel for the European Cup. I was lucky enough to see the England and Belgium players.

The room is very spacious and clean. The lobby of the hotel is very fashionable and atmospheric. There are many shortcomings. The room only provides free bottled water on the first day of check-in. Clean towels are only provided on the second day. Did not replace with a new one the next day and did not leave a new tissue 🧻 4-star charge without 4-star service

Located in a nice suburb of Cologne with a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants (including a very fancy restaurant across the road). Very simple and frequent transport to/from Cologne via the train station which is just 2 mins walk. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great. Loads of options including some freshly made 'hot options' like eggs, bacon and sausages. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cologne or the surrounding towns.

The Hotel is located at the heart of the town which is a huge plus as everything is accessible and you do not even need to hire a car. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and try their best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable for example the breakfast staff realized that we are eating vegetarian food they surprised us by kindly providing more options to give us plenty to choose from. Rooms are all very beautiful, very tastefully furnished. -very good breakfast. Wonderful facility around the hotel. Sufficient parking. Beautiful garden for breakfast or a beer, or a good drink of wine after the day trip. Simply beautiful you can feel well right.
