The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

The City Side is the scenery of the Burj Khalifa, and the Sea Side is the scenery of the beach. They are different. The TASCA restaurant on the top floor is not suitable for Chinese people. The SPA is somewhat discriminatory. Will come back for a second time.

WOW: For the Location WOW: For the Staff & Service WOW : For the Food and Beverages We have just returned from Al Maha, and it was heaven in the desert, a truly magical place. The level of attention to detail was exceptional, but the staff were the elements that made our stay utterly incredible. All members of staff were attentive and had a real sense of pride in their work, and even appeared one step ahead of what we required or even realised what we needed! The accommodation was, scenic , tranquil, and extremely private, superb. We would like to say a special thank you to the Chef’s and Kitchen Staff who not only created the most delicious and delightful cuisine, but also provided the best ever Gluten Free bread and pastries. This vacation was above and beyond our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending this surreal place in the desert.

The biggest worry about renting a car is traffic fines, which are said to be very expensive. The hotel provides free valet parking. If you want to take a small train to the Atlantis Hotel, you can go to Nakheel Mall (parking is free) and buy a round-trip ticket (you can get a 20% discount if you fly with Emirates). Parking at the Louvre on the Sea in Abu Dhabi is also free. The reason for providing information on whether parking is free is not because the parking fee is expensive, but because it is not easy to pay the parking fee for fear of being fined. You can pay parking fees in Dubai by downloading RTA Dubai, and in Abu Dhabi you can pay parking fees through DARB. Traffic regulations in Abu Dhabi are stricter (it is said that you may be fined for speeding even 1 kilometer over the speed limit, while in Dubai it can be no more than 20%). Pay special attention to the traffic light instructions for right turns and U-turns, which are the most likely to be violated.

Facilities: The room is spacious, well-equipped, hygienic and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the quilt cover and sheets are of good quality. Service: A home away from home experience. He is very professional in dealing with people, maintains just the right sense of boundaries and distance, and pays attention to the needs of guests without intrusion. Environment: So beautiful. It feels like you are in a southern French wine estate. Every step is romantic. The trees and flowers are lush, the birds are singing happily, and the little rabbits are eating grass cutely. You can overlook the landscape of the modern city in the distance. The quality of the food is also great. The restaurant deserves its two Michelin stars. The resort is run with great care and provides an unforgettable and satisfying stay.

Good location, 10 minutes by taxi from Burj Khalifa. Breakfast is very good, and there are several restaurants that are particularly foreign, including Japanese food, seafood restaurants, fresh and delicious ingredients, red wine is super expensive.

This hotel is a new city hotel opened this year, just like One&Only One‘Zabeel, and its positioning is similar, so it can be compared. First of all, in terms of the room, this hotel has a balcony, so you can lie down and look at the skyline without going out, which is a big plus point, but OOOZ does not have it. Secondly, I personally think that the swimming pool of this hotel is better than that of OOOZ, because on the one hand, it is closer to the skyline, and on the other hand, there are more viewing angles, which is extremely suitable for lying down. However, this swimming pool does not allow cameras to enter, but OOOZ does not have this rule. In addition, the staff at the pool asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered two glasses of orange juice, but the staff did not remind us that we had to pay. Before leaving, I saw that the bill for two glasses cost 90 dirhams. So you must ask clearly whether anything provided is free. For breakfast, I ordered in-room dining, and the lana breakfast of 255 dirhams was enough for two people, but it is not recommended in terms of cost performance. In terms of public areas, this hotel is not as rich as OOOZ, but public areas are not that important for city hotels. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Just returned from another trip to DAM and once again it did not disappoint. I booked directly with the Jumeirah website this time, so thankfully no drama at checkout time this year. My previous reviews capture all that is good about this property. personally I don't go to DAM for the waterpark, however feedback from the kids was that it is looking very tired, that aside nothing much else to quibble. The front line staff at DAM are fantastic and that was the same again this year. from the staff taking care of the rooms, at the beach/poolside and all the restaurant staff. Special note to Mylene, Ashu and Neha at the Arboretum; we saw them every morning for breakfast for 2 weeks and some evenings when we went to the Arboretum for dinner. Neha; whether morning or evening, constantly smiling and never seemed to stop. Fantastic energy and enthusiasm for an extremely challenging job. Ashu who noticing that my wife was suffering from a cold offered and made her a hot drink with Ginger and Lemon at breakfast - it was unsolicited, he did not have to make the effort - however he did and these are the memories that make a stay special. I just hope DAM management recognise that it is the Neha', Mylene' and Ashu's that make their hotel special and they are rewarded for their amazing work.
