We had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm.
The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day!
A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated!
Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Not worth it. We spent 20,000 yen to book two rooms for 5 people. We had breakfast and dinner when we arrived, and paid an additional 160,000 yen when we settled. The room was big, but the floor was too high to be comfortable. The hot spring in the room was not open-air, but only in the bathtub. The public bath was very small, with only a small pool. The Kaiseki cuisine was average, and the breakfast was Western style.

It was the best hostel I've ever been to! It was comfortable because it was unmanned and the facilities were so good. It was enough for two people to use. It was fun ㅎㅎ Like an apartment like Airbnb? I personally liked it more because it was a real residence.
The location is also right in front of Exit 2 of Awaza Station, so it's very convenient to take the subway and there are convenience stores around. I recommend it !!

The location and room were so good. It's a little far to Senkaisen, but Chuosen can take it right away and there are quite a few decent Izakaya restaurants nearby.
I will use it next time

A perfect stay and a great value for money. I was very impressed with this hotel. From the room to the facilities, from the service to the transportation, I am very satisfied. The room was very spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest. The hotel's facilities are also very complete, including a gym, swimming pool, etc., which allowed me to fully relax in my free time. In terms of service, the employees are enthusiastic and very professional, which makes me feel very friendly.

Reviews From Real Travelers
All reviews are based on the room on the 32nd floor where I stayed and my own experience.
Let me start with the main point. The hotel is too new. The room smells, smells, and smells, especially the walk-in closet! I wanted to try it, but I was taught a lesson by reality. If you bring your children or mind the smell of the decoration, come back at least 3-6 months later.
Advantages: Nice night view. Soft slippers. New facilities. The walk-in closet is very large. The refrigerator is very good and has a full range of products. You can have anything you want to drink in the middle of the night. The coffee pot is from fellow, and the nuts in the room are delicious. The hotel TV projection is smooth. The shower facilities are clean.
There is still room for improvement:
The location is not easy to find. No taxi driver can quickly recognize the location. You have to check it on the roadside for a long time. It seems that because it is too new, the navigation on the taxi did not enter this address.
The front desk pretended not to understand Chinese and said that he could not speak a bit of Chinese. After checking in, I suddenly saw his name tag and asked him in Chinese, ”Isn't your surname Chen?” He immediately made a 🤫 gesture to me, smiled awkwardly and whispered that the rules do not allow speaking Chinese. I asked him if he was *********, and he nodded vaguely. You can experience it yourself🤷.
The welcome service is two bottles of mineral water and disposable towels.
When the room fee is paid in advance, a deposit of 60,000 Japanese yen is collected.
There is no service of sending upstairs and introducing the room. I don't know why this Four Seasons Hotel does not have such a basic service.
I communicated with the hotel in advance that I would bring children and needed children's products in the room. After three communications, the hotel said that they would be prepared, but there were no children's products in the room.
There was no welcome fruit, but two cupcakes with DIY frosting and marshmallows were given. Maybe they think this is children's products.
I got a corner room on the 32nd floor. It may have just been renovated. The door smelled of renovation. The cloakroom smelled even worse because it was completely enclosed. There was a numbered sticky note on the door, which was not removed by the service staff until I checked out.
The pillow was very uncomfortable. Remember to ask the room service for a harder pillow.
The TV welcome addressed the guest without the last name.
The night bed was better on the first day. In the following days, the pillow was not moved away or the quilt was tucked away, and the slippers were not taken out. Maybe this is the rule of this Four Seasons.
The bathtub is square, not long, and the shower position is a bit strange. I feel that it is not very comfortable to use.
I especially hope that the room manager can use the hair dryer himself. The sound is huge! And my hands are numb after drying my hair. The coffee pot is so good, the hair dryer can be improved.
The texture of the towel is not good, it is very hard, the bathrobe is also wrinkled, and the belt I got one day has flying edges. They really don’t treat me as an outsider.
The air conditioner is weird. You can't adjust it to heat or cool. The temperature is set by the guest and the air conditioner decides it by itself. When the air volume is turned off, it is cold below 20 degrees and hot above. I don't understand this.
You can hear the sound of cars passing by in the room at night, and there is always a white noise. I don't know if it is the refrigerator or the toilet, buzzing. Oh yes, the pens in the room are broken.
There are many other things that I won't go into. In short, this experience is not pleasant, and it has worn away the good impression that Four Seasons left on me before. Considering the room fee of 12,000 for three days, there are many other options. I may not patronize this brand for a long time.

Four Seasons Osaka just opened in September 24. This trip to Osaka was specially arranged to check in half a year after the opening. Generally, I would wait a while before experiencing a newly opened hotel. First, the smell of the new decoration is hard to dissipate. Second, it takes a certain amount of time for the team to get used to each other. You can see it from the comments of Ctrip in the first half of the year [Laughing and crying R]
The hotel is located in Nishi-Umeda. It takes eight minutes to walk into the Umeda business district. Compared with the distance from Ritz to Osaka Station, the location is a little farther, but it is acceptable. After all, it is very convenient for Osaka Station to go to Universal Studios.
The two rooms booked this time are the most basic room types. They are arranged on different floors. The room has a very wide view. The space is also large enough. The design of the bathroom is very user-friendly. The bathroom is separated. The bathroom is designed with a sliding door that can be pushed and pulled. The sense of space and privacy are taken into account. The square oversized bathtub is also very comfortable to soak in. In addition, the hotel has planted a new hair dryer this time. The negative ions of ”Koizumi Seiki” are very friendly to the sofa [Wow R] Just blow it and it will make your hair moisturized. Breakfast is in the French restaurant on the first floor 🍴 semi-self-service style. There are Japanese and French breakfasts 🍳 to choose from. The disadvantage is that the Japanese dishes are too salty! The salt bag accidentally fell in... But overall, the flaws are not enough to hide the merits. In general, the professionalism of Four Seasons is still very high, and the details of the service are very good~ I look forward to trying the tatami room next time [shy R] #hotellovers

Nestled in the bustling heart of Osaka, the W Hotel Osaka stands as a beacon of luxury and sophistication. From the moment you step into its sleek lobby, you are enveloped in an atmosphere of modern elegance and unparalleled service.
During our stay, we had the pleasure of experiencing everything this exquisite hotel has to offer, from their state-of-the-art facilities to their attentive staff. One highlight of our visit was the option to rent electric bikes, allowing us to effortlessly explore the vibrant streets of Osaka with ease and convenience.
The hotel's pool is a true gem, offering a serene oasis amidst the urban hustle and bustle. With its sparkling waters and luxurious cabanas, it provided the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing or business meetings.
However, what truly sets W Hotel Osaka apart is its staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff members are not only professional and efficient but also genuinely caring and attentive to every need.
Furthermore, the hotel's prime location ensures that guests are just steps away from Osaka's most iconic attractions, shopping districts, and dining hotspots. Whether you're craving authentic street food or seeking out high-end boutiques, everything is within easy reach from the hotel's doorstep.
In conclusion, our stay at W Hotel Osaka was nothing short of exceptional. With its luxurious amenities, attentive staff, and unbeatable location, it is truly a standout choice for travelers seeking the ultimate Osaka experience.

Great location and vibrant lively hotel. Busy and at times front of house couldn’t cope with the volume of guests (at reception, in the bar, and at breakfast). Bar also caters for a lot of local customers for afternoon tea/evening drinks so waiter service is slow. Adult hotel which should consider stays for children of hotel guests been 8 years old and above as the few disrupt the many guests.
