We had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Hyde Park! The check in process was probably the best we have ever had, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The location is perfect. Hotel bar, lobby and spa were all fantastic spaces and we could not have had a better stay.

Stayed several times, but this time＜2022.1011～16＜5 nights During the Frieze Art Fair in London, the price increased more than three times, the most abhorrent serious discrimination against Chinese people Booked a suite < hard to give me a normal room, took out < Ctrip booking records, hotel & Ctrip, bullying people together, just asking me to accept it, even better < Ctrip wants me to go to another hotel for one night? This is irresponsible to customers, restaurants, Ctrip < too chilling & scary , Can you tell nonsense with your eyes open? ? ? There are a lot of hotels in London, but don't stay in the sloppy <Royal Cafe Hotel London! The hotel and Ctrip unite to bully people, it's too hateful <Completely unethical practice!

The best hotel we have ever stayed in . From the first moment we arrived till we checked out service unreal . We arrived very early and our room was ready the girls on reception are so efficient and always smiling and always say hello and are there to help with anything we asked. The breakfast was out of this world and again it’s the staff who make it such a joy . Food tasted unreal . There is nothing that anyone could fault about this hotel . Tony on the door so good with people . A special mention to MOHAMOUD he was so efficient and couldn’t do enough for us . He was always smiling and we noticed he was watching his guests all the time to help them with bags or door etc . He will go far in the company . We already booked to come back next year . I stayed at The Emory for three nights and was immediately impressed from the moment I stepped inside. The service was exceptional, the views were breathtaking, and the hotel itself was both modern and cozy. The décor was stunning, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast at ABC Kitchens was an unforgettable experience, and dinner there was equally outstanding. I can’t wait to return to this incredible hotel!

Four seasons should be one of the best five-star hotels in London. I heard that they have been acquired by Chinese people. The service attitude is very good, not to mention the health. Party expenses are a bit expensive. Twenty thousand. But good value for money!

Truly an experience. My wife and I brought my mom to London for her 80th birthday, as afternoon tea at The Ritz was still on her bucket list. She had no idea I booked our stay there as well, and the Rolls Royce pickup from the airport. The hotel itself is what you expect, the Luis XVI style common areas and rooms are beautiful, but what really makes the place memorable, are the people. From our first contact with Johan, and our check in with Giacomo, Gavin, Roberto everyone was fantastic throughout our stay. The amount of time that the folks at reception are willing to spend just chatting and sharing stories with you is something you just don't find elsewhere. Many thoughtful interactions with my mom as the whole place seemed to know her big birthday was coming up. It was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you everyone at the Ritz for making it happen.

The hotel is a legend and a brand in the industry. The hotel has retained its previous style well. The afternoon tea in the lobby and several bars are very unique. The hotel service is good and the location is excellent.

Our family stayed eight nights at The Berkeley in London in early August 2024. The hotel is a lovely boutique property, exceptionally well appointed with beautiful rooms, a roof-top pool, a superb staff and decadent dining options. We were traveling with an eight year old child, and she was just as thoughtfully cared for as the adults. When one of us fell ill, the concierge arranged for a doctor consultation and delivered prescription medication. Changes to our itinerary were arranged without concern, and in the end the hotel ensured we were all cared for. I cannot recommend this hotel more.

Very elegant hotel, the room configuration is very good, there is a restaurant designed by a famous Japanese American furniture designer, but the room is small, but the location is very good
