The hotel is very luxuriously decorated and the rooms are large in size. We also have a welcome wine. Good location, opposite the US Consulate, not far from the Vatican. The service is warm and thoughtful. The service is very good, the quality of the toiletries is high, the heating is too strong and it seems that it cannot be adjusted. Don't expect to have a domestic five-star big and luxurious in a five-star room in the heart of Europe. The location of the hotel is relatively high, both luxury hotels and embassy banks

Because it is LHW, so you have booked it, but after staying at the hotel, there is no night bed. Let's send a toothbrush and toothpaste. Say it is finished today, tomorrow, there are quotas for toothbrushes. There are no basic tea bags and coffee bags in the room! This LHW should be changed to Lasting hotel of the world.

I came to Rome and tried the newly opened Bulgari. The waiters were super enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast options need to be improved. It's a pity that I didn't have time to try the skills of the hotel's Michelin chef. I will choose again next time I come to Rome

The location of the hotel is very good, the breakfast is good, the layout is luxurious, the room is just right, the warmth is enough, the service is good, the hygiene is good, the surrounding style is invincible, and the local people's culture is simple

As someone who appreciates creativity, I was blown away by the innovative approach this establishment takes. Every aspect seemed to have a unique twist, from the unconventional layout to the surprising little touches that kept delighting me throughout my stay. It's clear that a lot of thought and imagination went into creating this one-of-a-kind experience.
Fabulous service. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Great location. Breakfast in the garden is an experience not to be missed . Rooms were large and beautifully appointed. Concierge were very knowledgeable and patient and could not have been more helpful.

This is a really very good hotel. I enjoyed the quality of the staff, the room ,the location and general quality of the Hotel. It would have got 5 stars but for 2 things.. and both relate to Cielo bar..a superb place for a visitor to Rome staying in the hotel to enjoy the great views of Rome particularly at sunset and a drink. Firstly,we arrived at the rooftop bar to find it full of people not staying in the hotel and there was no priority whatsoever for guests of the hotel. Here the bar and the views were filled with locals paying 16 euros for a drink and the guests paying hundreds of euros each night could not get a seat..and the Restaurant above not open till 7.30. Secondly, the appalling loud music at the bar was totally disruptive to a sophisticated enjoyment of the view trumpeted in the hotels advertising.. It detracted from the general quality of the hotel.. The Hausler next door has a total priority policy for guests next to the De La Ville on their rooftop and indeed our existing hotel in Portifino the same,. Pity it detracted from our stay.

Fantastic room, spectacular view, amazing service and very sweet and unforgettable experience! I stayed for 3 nights for my ***** New Year vacation. The receptionist was already expecting us even before we arrived. Not only she welcomed us with a very warm attitude and sent us some gift and card to wish us Happy ***** New Year, but every staff member from the front desk to the doormen recognized us by name right away, which was very impressive! The service in the restaurant and concierge was also very professional and welcoming, the explanation was always detailed and was alway keen to help. The doormen even proactively recommended and offered us umbrellas on our way out in case of the rain. I can’t not appreciate them more!

Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

The breakfasts in European hotels are similar, relatively simple, can be full, and the hotel environment is good. Shopping is very convenient. I have to spit it here. If I have stayed in so many hotels, I will have two free bottles of water. This one costs 5 Euros. , 8 drinks for 4 days! A city tax of 7 Euros per person per day.

When our family trip through Italy brought us to Rome we did extensive research on where to stay. We picked a highly rated hotel by all the top travel sites. Upon check-in the rooms we had selected were nowhere close to what was depicted on the website or described to us on the phone. Frustrated we reached out to Hotel Eden where they went above and beyond to take us in. First - the rooms not only match what you see online but are actually even more beautiful in person. The staff is incredible and goes out their way to make you feel at home. The roof top restaurant was the best food we had in Italy after traveling through Venice, Florence and throughout Tuscany. The location is perfect - just far enough from the crowds but still easy to get where you want to go. You will not be disappointed staying here!

A perfect experience, definitely not lost to the Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, every detail is perfect and exquisite. The bed is big enough and the bathroom is super luxurious. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and is rich and exquisite, overlooking Rome. Location is also good, walk to Plaza de España for 5 minutes. With an 11-year-old child, there is no extra charge at the hotel. In short, it is a memorable and memorable life!

As a city, Rome is a feast for your senses. The imposing ancient sites, flavorful gelato bursting on your tongue, the sound of thousands of feet on cobblestones, feeling that you're part of history -- it has everything for everyone, almost overwhelmingly so. But if you're looking for calm in the storm, a place that has style, grace, and oozes luxury in the best way look no further than Palazzo Talia. Recently opened, Palazzo Talia is really more than just a place to stay it is the best modern example of a 5-star hotel I have found in recent memory. It's just a few minutes away from the Trevi Foundation and the city center. Of course, the hotel is teeming with history, it was a school of nobility, and that sense of history is displayed in gorgeous frescos, marble busts and so much more. However, referential to history this is a modern hotel. The bathrooms are large with brilliant lighting, the decor is elegant and innovative but not fussy; the food (more on that later) is fresh, delicious and worth staying in the hotel for. We couldn't believe the incredibly Instagramable hotel bar wasn't filled to the max every night, but given more time I have no doubt this is going to be a new ”hot spot” in town. There are a few things the hotel could work on. There needs to be way more storage in the bathroom for toiletries and hooks for clothes. A full-length mirror in the bedroom would be welcome as well. The elevator was having an issue but seemed to be resolved by the time we left, and we had a small miscommunication with a food order -- but all these were minor issues. Given all of that -- what makes Palazzo Talia truly remarkable, what makes the difference in any 5-star hotel, is the staff. ”G” is a no-nonsense female General Manager running the show and it shows! You will just as likely see her encouraging the young staff as you are seeing her greeting guests or rolling up her sleeves to get something done. I still think of Chef Marco Coppola's ravioli to this day. His kitchen is putting out some of the best meals that we had in Rome, and he and his team are kind, patient, provide excellent service, and will give you the best recommendations. Truly, the entire team at Palazzo Talia is top notch, everyone working together to make this hotel great and to make your stay unforgettable. And it was, unforgettable.
Our 2 night stay was an absolute 5 star service and more from beginning to end at the stunning Palazzo Talia. We arrived the day after their official opening and were warmly greeted by the operations manager Ginevra and her wonderful team. Despite some works still ongoing and in progress it did not affect our stay at all and infact we got to experience being one of the first to be in our gorgeous room. What stood out was the exceptional service and the professionalism from every person who we had contact with during our stay. It was my partner’s 60th Birthday and the staff made his birthday so special and memorable by upgrading our room together with complimentary bar, surprising him with a bottle of bubbly and cake which was bought to our room by Dario and his colleague. Breakfast in our room felt like a private dining experience in itself and our food was beautifully presented by the exceptional service and warmth of the staff. Also big thanks to Dario for recommending Drink Kong and for reserving us a table at such short notice, we had some amazing cocktails. What features we loved about this beautiful hotel was the space and light in our room. The walk in wardrobe with full length mirrors and lights. The bathroom, particularly the shower room and bath tub was in itself so big and spacious. The queen size bed was so comfortable and so big that it felt like we were sleeping in our own beds. The room service and cleaning was carried out daily and we loved that every evening we came back to our room there was a bottle of water on our bedside tables. The hotel corridor leading to the bedrooms were just so stunning. We can’t wait to return to experience this beautiful hotel in its full glory. If you want to experience luxury at its best you will not be disappointed with your stay here. Thank you to every person who made our first experience at the Palazzo Talia so special and memorable. You really know how to make your guests feel special and so welcomed. With warm regards Nirmal & Marcello

It is the most satisfying hotel in my European travel for more than ten days. The decoration is very delicate and the breakfast is very delicate! I like it very much, shopping is very convenient, and all the snacks and drinks in the mini bar will not be charged extra.

They are all very high, the only rooms lacking in Rome are small, and there are no kettles in the facilities.
