Popular Luxury Hotels in Phuket

This time during the Chinese New Year, I saw direct flights and decisively chose Phuket. Since I only booked two nights, the hotel did not provide airport transfers. According to the guide, it seemed that three nights would be available. Waiting for the bus on the road, the traffic jam somewhat affected my mood, but when I arrived at the hotel, I saw the front desk staff welcoming me with smiles on their faces, and the bad mood was swept away. Aman's service decision was the ceiling. When I arrived in the room, I was very moved when I saw the layout of the room (I informed Ctrip in advance that it was an anniversary and I hoped to get the layout). Everywhere you go in the hotel, there will be staff greeting you with a smile, and they will find out any of your needs in a timely manner. There are no service staff who can speak Chinese in the hotel. It is a bit laborious to order in English, but it does not affect communication at all. The hotel has its own beach with very fine sand. We borrowed the hotel's snorkeling tools and boats to have fun. When you are tired, you can read and relax on the beach. There is also a special kidsclub for children. Just put your children there (over four years old), and the staff inside will be very patient and play with them. It is really a standard holiday feature.

The price is not high, one word to describe it, expensive!! Food, accommodation, and transportation are all expensive. It is a tourist destination, but it is also expensive. Renting a car for 10 kilometers costs more than 100 yuan, 20 kilometers costs 210 yuan, 2 bowls of noodles, 2 glasses (1/3) of wine). More than 500 yuan. A slightly rich meal for two people costs 2,000 yuan. The facilities and environment are OK

Environment: Good Service: Good, although a little expensive, it is still worth recommending, but I don’t understand foreign hotels. A family of three is traveling, and only two people are allowed to stay. The other person has to pay extra, which is more than one thousand per night.

It’s Rosewood, what could possibly go wrong? Nothing 😘 Had such an amazing time there even though it was only for a short time. It definitely gave me a little bit of Club Med vibes but Rosewood is the luxury version of it. Shout out to Khun Bua, our butler during our stay, for taking such great care of me and my kids. Her future guests would definitely be in great hands under her care.

Wonderful stay. Stayed in a 3 bedroom with pool villa. Villa was cleaned and well kept. Comes with a big room with king size bed and bigg bath room with deep bath tub. The other 2 rooms are twin beds and a queen bed. Each room has its own attached bathroom. There is an additional toilet at the living room area which is very convenient for big families. They have a huge round dining table. Kitchen comes with oven, microwave, coffee maker, stove, cutlery, plates, cups, bowls etc. No dish washer but you can wash dishes. Dishwashing liquid is given with sponge. They had welcome messages with flowers and towel animals. Buggy service is always prompt in arrival when requested for. Room service is also prompt. Staff are all friendly and help you with every query. Staff can speak English well enough to converse. They will help you book taxi should you want to travel anywhere. There is a shop within the hotel that sells swimming and fashion accessories. Breakfast for me was so so for me, great service but the buffet spread wasn't that extensive. You can order eggs, assortment of coffee and tea from thier menu. Then go to the buffet spread for confectionary, fruits, chinese dim sum, salad and rice dishes. Just next to the restaurant is the hotel pool along with a jacuzzi... you get a view of the sea. Pool chairs are lined up with towels on standby. As my room had a pool we did not utilise the hotel pool. From the lobby you would need to walk up alley and down to the first floor to take the buggy. So for elderly or wheel chair bound guests it maybe a challenge but am sure the hotel will probably provide buggy service from the lobby area for such guests if required. The location of the hotel is near kamala beach. The hotel has a free ferry service to drop you at kamala beach to and fro. Restaurants, shops and massage services are all available. Did not utilise the spa so can't comment. Kamala beach is not as busy as Patong beach so if you like a more peaceful atmosphere the location is fit for you. There is a convenience store about a 5 to 7 min walk away from the hotel. Taxi service is also available just outside the hotel. Patong is about a 20 min ride away from the hotel.

Four Bedroom Infinity Pool Villa is nothing short of perfection! From the moment I entered the room, I only had the word ”perfect” in my mind. When other people had to book a restaurant to watch the sunset, I could see the most beautiful sunset in the living room of the room. Drinking drinks at the pool, listening to music and watching the sunset, the room facilities are very complete, from pots and pans to dishwashers and washing machines, as well as smart home throughout the house, and even a set of barbecue equipment on the balcony, it is completely a party house! Every employee here is very friendly, they can even remember the names of my two children, and they can call them out every time they meet 🤣 Because the hotel is on the mountain, I was worried about the inconvenient travel before I went. In fact, worrying is completely unnecessary. The hotel has a car to take us up and down the mountain at any time, and after going down the mountain, there is a lively street. It is very convenient to eat, massage and shop. We packed meals in the restaurant Come back, eat and watch the sunset, this experience is really unforgettable. It's a pity that I didn't book for a few more days. I haven't experienced many services in the hotel. Next time I come to Phuket, I will definitely book here again

Everything was perfect. It was my favorite memory of my trip to Phuket, and I'm really glad I stayed here. The atmosphere of the entire facility, the atmosphere of the rooms, and everything in there were wonderful. Although I don't speak much English, I was able to spend my time there without feeling any inconvenience due to the courteous customer service. Every time I walked around the facility, a staff member asked me where I wanted to go and if I wanted to ride a buggy, and they helped me out. The rice was also very delicious and looked stylish. I would definitely stay there again. I really recommend it.

It's really a good hotel. It depends on what you need. I prefer to stay in hotels, so it's more suitable for me. The room is cleaned twice a day. Although the facilities are a little old, there is no smell. It is much better than the hotels in Sanya. The dehumidifier is really necessary. The room is close to the sea and the humidity is high! There are many activities in the hotel, such as jungle leaping, paddle boarding, yoga, rock climbing, etc.! There is a brand new innovative Thai restaurant Dara that also gave me a lot of surprises, and the dishes are unique. The astronomical telescope on the second floor is also a great experience, but it's a pity that the weather is bad and you can't see many stars! Overall, it's a place suitable for stopping and savoring slowly. It's a place I love to brush twice!

Super nice view and friendly people ! The food is great too. It is not very convenient to the Kamala downtown though, takes 15-20mins ride. Order a car via Grab 10 mins in advance.

Service: The service of this hotel is very good. Every employee is smiling and polite. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt very warm and happy. I would like to try their hotels in other cities if I have the chance. Food: The food is very good. Some are self-service and some are ordered. It can be seen that the food standard is very high. The coffee and rice noodles are very delicious. The restaurant is small. Try to go for breakfast at 9:30 or you will have to wait for a table. Environment: Quiet private villa, very private with birds singing and flowers blooming during the day, and the water in the swimming pool is also very clean. It is very close to the beach, and there is also a 711 at the door. There are delicious Thai food and pizza shops. Transportation: It is far from the city, close to the airport, and is more suitable for staying when you just come to Phuket or return.
