The Gran Odara was strategically for my stay in Cuiaba the best option. The attention of the staff was very good and always friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and big with a lot of space. They respect biosecurity protocols and have disinfectants at every place available. Unfortunately besides the great equipped and comfortable hotel, service is a bit slow and needs to improve. Making mistakes and claiming that the error is the guest's fault is definitely a no go.

We are positively surprised with the entire hotel system in the hosting since the reception of the service, as well as of the facilities finally grateful for the transfer service.

Spent a week for work, hotel, staff and service very good. Abundant breakfast Clean room, only flaw are the thin glasses. Apart few of the staff, most speak absolutely nothing of even basic english, fortunately fixable with google traslate.

I have been hosting this hotel for 7 years, both private and business. However, this last stay experience with the family was bad. I booked a couple's master room from the new wing. When I arrived I was informed that the room was banned. I was directed to a standard room because I had no more opcoes, as if not enough in the cold of the 17th, I, my wife and daughters had to take a freezer bath, because in the room the water was not warm. I went to the reception and the solution was to leave the tower open until heating. I waited for more than 20 minutes and nothing. 👎. Totally unfit with the client. In the morning, when I checked out, I met with another official, who told me that the previous attendant did not change the charge, and was leviing me the value of the fourth master, and a total disrespect and disappointment with the customer. Unfortunately, it was the last time I walked in this hotel.

Após 13 meses voltei a hospedar nesse hotel. Super correto. Limpo, estacionamento com manobrista, bom café da manhã. Equipe bem treinada. Pra quem vai viajar por Cuiaba é ótima opção de pernoite. Custa 20 reais a diária para deixar o carro Lá enquanto vc viaja .

Five stars. All went well I needed the laundry receipt and they delayed it for hole week . Until I reached haylene Fernanda and she solved it. The breakfast and the people working there are lovely very good food and a lot of options. The cakes are a different chapter, always delicious and a huge variety. Wish to go back soon

We would spend one night in the ‘Presidential Suite’ at this newly built hotel. The room was enchanting; however, a few short comings would impact what was other wise a great stay Exiting the elevator, the hallways lights are set to automatically light via the hallway motion detector, however this was out of order leaving us to navigate a darkened hallway. Next looking for our room number via cell phone lighting we came to the end of our hallway and did not see our room number The presidential suite located at the end of the hallway does not have a room number or room name beside the door which attempting to locate in total darkness is challenging! We found the room inviting, spacious and nicely appointed with a desk, table and two chairs, great lighting and notably comfortable. A bit of a negative was having no towel hooks or a towel rack in the vicinity of the shower, meaning we needed to either walk across the bathroom dripping wet or pick-up our towels off the floor after a shower As a positive the staffs are friendly, helpful and personable and can communicate in English. The breakfast buffet opened at 5:00 AM and offered a nice assor**ent of fruits and hot foods. There is a free shuttle to the airport which is operated by friendly helpful attendants! A great place to stay near the airport!

Equipped with a nice and clean room, a good breakfast, a good breakfast, a very pleasant swimming pool, a good location, near the airport and shopping. Excellent option for who needs to spend a night next to the airport, being valid even to stay more 1 or 2 nights.
