Lobby is great the room is great , the bed is comfortable, except for the sofa, my friend sat on the sofa in the room, and she was being bitten by some bugs, not sure if it’s the bed bugs. Her skin was all red with small dots on it. The staff are polite but they are not really helpful, which I expected more for a five star hotel. When you are trying to move your luggage on the car, there are 3 staff outside, all of them are guys, none of them tried to help me the 2 big luggages which was quite inappropriate! But the staff at the front desk is kind and friendly.

The view is good because it is on a high floor. The view of Namsan and the city are worth seeing. I liked the spa water because it made my skin smooth, probably because it was soft water. It's great for an elderly mother to enjoy a relaxing bath and spa. This is a hotel I want to visit again.

This time I stayed in a room for 4 people, it was very clean The hotel staff was very friendly and came immediately to help us solve any Wi-Fi problems we had. There is a microwave in the room, which can heat food. The TV has Netflix and Youtube Although there were large demonstrations during my stay, the hotel's glass was very soundproof and blocked most of the sounds. The location of the hotel is very convenient, about 10 minutes away from Myeongdong. It is very convenient to go to Myeongdong Lotte

Excellent service. I had my foot ripped off and need an adhesive tape. I made the request at Room Chat and they sent me within 5 minutes. On another occasion, we need to go Sanchon for dinner appointment but couldn’t be able to get any urber or taxi on apps, so we tried to ask hotel front desk. Their staff arranged taxi for us within 10 minutes. Highly commendable for their efficiency and “can-do” attitude! The only setback is breakfast only serves until 10:30am. Would be great if all day breakfast is available as leisure travellers do not have tight schedule and tend to wake up late.

Customer services are impeccable. I didn’t get to experience the bars or the restaurants, so not much to tell there. The hotel has great view even if not facing towards the coex mall. Overall the room is comfy. Minus point is that when checking in I had to deposit but after check out after 14 days my refund hasn’t been shown in my statement. I hope the staffs are more aware of the process to be able to assure the clients.

A landmark hotel a bit away from downtown Seoul. Attached to a luxury park and department store with all the brands. Love that this hotel has the pond and park in the front for morning and evening runs. The food wasn't as good as I had hoped but you're really staying here for the views.

The hardware of the hotel is top notch. It is new with great facilities. The view over the city was breathtaking. The restaurants, especially the buffet restaurant and Eatanic Garden were amazing.

The location is great. It's only a five-minute walk from Exit 4 of Gangnam Station. It's newly opened. All the facilities are new and clean. The space is huge and there's a huge bath. It's no problem for a big family to come. I have stayed at other branches before and found the counter to be very friendly and fluent in Chinese! So I booked Jiangnan Hotel again and it was indeed a great accommodation experience.

I've stayed at the JW Marrriot Seoul several times due to the excellent location, amenities in the vicinity ans access to many good food and shopping. The service is always professional though less personal. This time9lround the guy at the reception - Michael, was cheerful and a good eye for detail. He noticed my birthday was on Sunday and wished me happy birthday in advance. Although I was checking out on Saturday, he offered complimentary small bottle of korean sparkling wine and some fruits. That was a nice gesture which he didn't have to. Thank you Michael for making this stay a little special.

Room is spacious , beautiful view overlook to City Hall . Bedside control panel , curtains and lights can be all controlled without getting out of bed . Will rebook again in next visit.. 😊
