Want a great holiday in Lanzarote Then Hotel LIVVO Volcan is the place for you Just came back 4-11th Oct The hotel is lovely, staff helpful, friendly nothing to much trouble Location right on the marina perfect for bars resturants ( all budgets) and supermarkets x3 water etc Breakfast, to much choice 1/2 dozen types of bread cold and hot offers a plenty ( 4 toasters) Egg Station Evening meals ( we took the 3 night offer, like to eat out some nights) Again great, hot grill master chef at work, soups hot cold, salads omg everything, Ice creamn 4 flavours spuds (have a mixed grill Roast, Mash, Spanish Spuds & Mash :) You will not be dissappointed Hotel room spotless, aircon very easy to use ( most hotels aircon never work properly) Fridge, Kettle, Plenty 2 point sockets everywhere. Yes we are going back in March(booked) and again later Brendan & Jayne Byrne

Not really anything to bad to say about this place it was very clean al the time The kids club ladies margarita a cellia (hope I have spelled the names correctly ) were great our boys Tyler and arran loves spending time with them Food was decent not a huge selection of stuff but there was always one good items Where the pizza station is by chance because there is no signs the man makes fresh pasta if u never saw people getting this then you would never know it’s there the carbonara is great Spanish night we struggled for to eat and Asian night the other nights were fine Breakfast and lunch was good Pools were brillaint the kids pool is roasting We liked the area it is a little out the way but you can walk to the city centre in 20 min You can walk to flamingo beech in about 10 min Climbing the large hill behind was brilliant fun not to hard so give it a go the views are very good Entertainment was ok Some off the singers one lady was singing al the songs of karaoke tracks so the quality was not there she was singing lively upbeat songs but she was so dull at singing no personality also I think this could be an adults only hotel because it was so peaceful and quiet we felt like our kids as we were the only ones with them were so Loud and annoying in such a lovely quiet setting

We have just returned from a winter break to Playa Blanca, Lanzarote and wonderful service and pampering of the staff of the Princess Yaiza. What a beautiful hotel to relax in and a great location for the resort overall. The staff really go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of and the extensive and fresh buffet breakfast each morning was outstanding. Nice touch with the Americano Freshly made Coffee's. We had 2 meals at the hotel which were excellent and you would really not need to leave the Hotel at all if you chose to, there were so many restaurants to choose from. Nothing left undone, and highly recommended. We will be back for sure.

Thus hotel is outstanding. From the second we arriving , nothing was a bother. The staff are funny , efficient, happy to be here . room was lovely. quiet for a good sleep. Fab hard beds. food was brilliant, great standard in the buffets . other 3 restaurants veered amazing food . pool entertainment staff were great fun. entertainment at night was okay , just very loud, no call to be so loud. spa was very professional. all i all we do not want to go home 😓😓😓. but will be back asap. great location to every where . only negative, some times no towels and sometimes low on plates in buffet. But just an amazing holidays from start to finish .

I rated a 3 because we stayed her last year and gave it a 5. It is a different experience. Clearly the leadership are delivering a different message to the staff. Last year they couldn’t do enough, we were blown away by the unique experience. We were so excited about coming back, but sadly we’ve been disappointed on numerous occasions. It’s just another hotel now. The staff appear gutted, I can only think this is the corporate experience as opposed to the previous boutique experience. It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff, but sadly they are not able to offer that unforgettable experience we had last year. It’s gone from a customer focus experienced to a revenue focused corporation. We felt like we were getting in the way here, that can be uncomfortable I was told that if I wanted to keep the iron for more than an hour I would have to be charged 9 euros….. in a 5 star hotel!! Bizarre.
