My Family and I always have fun time everytime we stayed in this hotel. Welcome card and treats is so personalized i love it. Waterpark is the best part of our trip in this hotel. Clean rooms, delicious food at the restaurants and my kids had fun in the arcade room too. This place is fantastic and we will be back everytime we can. i most definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!

The water park was the best part of the stay here. The bed was uncomfortable. They have a restaurant in the hotel, but it only serves breakfast. We were unable to actually eat there because the host was serving drinks instead of seating people. Not likely to stay there again.

We only stayed 1 night as we were heading to Las Vegas the next morning and just wanted a place near the airport. We have stayed at the Ramada before and decided since it wasn't a bad experience last time we would give it another go. PROS: - Check in was quick and easy - The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and greeted us when we walked in, explained where to park based on where our room was and was okay with us having 2 cars on the lot - Water pressure was excellent, which I find to be rare in a hotel - The room was very large and clean - Location was perfect for what we needed - Hotel was surprisingly quiet considering the number of cars in the lot CONS: - We found our room to be quite hot and couldn't turn it down any further - we wound up sleeping with the window open and still found it very warm, but didn't say anything as it was only a 1 night stay...if we were staying longer we definitely would have said something - The shower head is very low! One of our party members had a difficult time due to his height (not the end of the world though!) - This isn't something that has to do with the hotel, I just wasn't impressed with it - We came back from dinner only to discover someone had left empty boxes on top of my vehicle Overall we would definitely stay again, but would mention the temperature if we stay longer than 1 night.
The rooms were well kept and the mounted televisions were large and clear. The pillows were just perfect and the bedding fresh. The bar was an added treat having to only ask for a drink once and then being served by the bartender Tim before my drink was even empty. Loved his attention to detail and his friendly demeaner. There was a small issue with needing to change my rate to a truck drivers one but the manager Rebecca was there to help smoothe out the confusion and while she was helping me I saw her handle an unhappy guest that although rude and unforgiving the manager smiled through out the interaction and ultimately had the femurs feeling she had been understood and her needs met. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family.

Staff was great. Hotel is bright and very clean. Bar and restaurant onsite, be aware that if they are not busy, they will close early, even if there are active customers at the lobby bar. Room 1 issues: Bathroom had a wooden barn door that was warped and had large gaps (3-4 inches on one side)/no privacy when it was shut. Room door was misaligned and the deadbolt wouldn’t work for me. There was a large hole in the wall under the thermostat where they had replaced the thermostat but didn’t patch the hole where the old one was. Attempted Resolution: We asked the front desk right after check-in if all of the bathrooms had barn doors and were told ”yes”. We informed the front desk of the issues with the room but that we didn’t want maintenance coming up as it would take construction-type projects to fix these issues. Actual Resolution: The next morning, I asked again about the barn doors as the lack of privacy due to the gaps was a real problem. Madi informed me that not all the rooms have bathroom barn doors. She found us a new room without the issues and was just down the hall, which made for an easy move. She had also checked the room ahead of time to make sure everything looked good and that these issues wouldn’t be repeated. Thank you Madi! Room 2 issue: That night, we discovered several slats in the boxspring of the bed were broken and caused the mattress to sag and provide a challenging night’s sleep. We alerted the front desk to the issue. Restaurant: We cannot figure out how the restaurant works for breakfast. Day 1, we were greeted, told to seat ourselves and had great, personal service. Days 2 and 3, we sat down and were ignored until we went up to the bar to order. We are okay with either approach, but it is confusing when it changes from day to day. We don't intend to stay at this hotel again – because of the room issues and the bar closing so early.

We have been staying at this hotel since it opened. It is starting to show its age. They have two elevators but only one is in working order. It's a good location and we're a Hilton Honor's ”Diamond” category so we try to stay in the Hilton family of hotels. I find it hard to believe there are that many Diamond members as all the Diamond parking spaces were filled. I suspect the parking isn't enforced much. The room is just ok. They retrofitted the bathroom door with a ”barn” style sliding door. Very odd and not very practical. The kitchen staff like many places these days is understaffed. They had one person taking orders, serving, and operating the register. Thus, orders were slow and orders were wrong. Not her fault, she was trying her best. The coffee dispenser in the lobby was empty .... so I drove to a local convenience store for coffee. Take a look at all the taxes in Grand Forks -(Food/Beverage State tax, Food/Beverage City Tax, State Tax, City Tax, GF Lodging Tax, City Restaurant/Lodging Tax) Total taxes for a 2-day stay are about $42.

We had never stayed here before. Pleasantly surprised by the amenities for the price. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Rooms were clean and modern looking. Bed was average, shower was fine. Location was certainly convenient right off the interstate (but not noisy from traffic). Breakfast was what I consider a bit above average for hotel breakfast (fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, eggs, yogurt, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, juice, coffee, tea). We didn't use the pool or exercise areas so no comment on those. I would stay here again when we are back in Grand Forks.
We booked last minute and it worked out very well. We extended our stay in grand forks when other hotels were not available. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. A special shout out to the lady (we don't know the name) at the breakfast buffet. She made the place so welcoming, kept it super organized, clean and tidy; and the breakfast was delicious.

This was our first time staying at the Hampton Inn in Grand Forks. Check in staff were friendly and easy to deal with. We stayed in a accessible room on the second floor, facing the back which had a walk in shower. The room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. It had a comfortable sofa, desk chair and standard chair all just right. The television could be swung from the wall to face the sofa or the bedroom. We were very happy with our two night stay. The only thing we found awkward was the experience in the breakfast room where breakfast was served from 6-9am. On our first day the female attendant was chatty and hovered around the area waiting to converse with guests. We were cordial. The second morning a gentleman ”Mr. Ben” was attending to the guests and the breakfast supplies. He got much too comfortable with each table of guests. There is no way I need to know his whole family history, and how his inlaws both have dimentia, and how he needs money to get them into a care home, and all the squabbles he's having with their kids, and on and on and on. He repeated the same story to everyone who entered and it took ten to fifteen minutes to disengage him. I'm not the kind who likes to know everyone's business at breakfast time. Both attendants need to be reminded they are there to do a job and to limit their greetings. As for the breakfast, it was mediocre but enough to start our day.
Great stay! The hotel was easy to find; there’s other hotels in the area. Check-in was very wasy. Reception desk lady was friendly and always had a smile on her face and voice. There were many exits and hotel smelled clean and brand-new. The beds were nice; we had a very comfortable sleep. The toiletries from the Hampton chain smells so good (Naturally Kind brand). There was a microwave and small refrigerator (no freezer), hairdryer, and iron with stand. Breakfast was 6-9pm; there was hot and cold items for breakfast. There was a cereal station, juice station, pastry station (bagels/ muffins/ bread/ scones etc), waffle station, fresh fruits, and hot items like bacon, scrambled egg and potatoes. There was a ice vending machine on our floor (2nd). Check-out was done online. Overall a great experience.
