Very nice hotel to choose from

It was a pretty average hilton garden inn. Seemed clean. The place was overrun with children, I think there was a tournament or something nearby. They pretty much took over the grounds and the first floor which was a bit chaotic. We were only there for the night. I wouldn't recommend the sports bar in the same parking lot. Terrible service and the longest wait for blah food. One thing that irritated me about the hotel was that the mini fridge was not turned on. So it wasn't cold already. I got a bunch ice from the machine to keep my food cold in the meantime. Kind of inconvenient. I didn't interact with any staff as I checked in online and used the digital key.

Wow ! Don’t even bother looking at this place. It is run down, and very shabby looking. I checked in almost near midnight. Upon going into my room , it was very unpleasant afterwards, the ac kept making a rumbling noise the whole time, the doors looked like bears had a fight and left scratches and their marks all over it and I saw several dead bugs all over the room. I was not about to stay there ! I reported to the overnight staff Denise immediately and she seemed concerned at first, she said she would go up and check it. When she came back down she stated she saw nothing so I showed her a picture. She left a note to the manager because I just wanted to leave and apologized for the inconvenience. Following day I called for the manager Dawn and she stated that she saw the note and spoke with her boss and ovn staff and are denying me a refund because her staff said no staff. She was very inconsiderate and careless about my concern and kept it moving. I then called my third party and explained to them what happened with pictures and they reached out to the manager again and thats when they said they would issue a refund. The managers do not care about the customer’s experience ay their hotel, even when you complain, they are quick to dismiss you and apparently do not care for your well being. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere!
